Happy Holidays, everybody, Antoni here and I am welcoming the merry month of December for the final -ber month weight loss goals. Yesterday, I weighed in at 12 stone 11.46 lbs (179.46 lbs or 81.4 kg). Today, I weigh 12 stone 11.02 lbs (179.02 lbs or 81.2 kg), which means I have managed to lose 7.04 ounces or 200 grams. It may be early days because I still have another thirty days to go, but I am most likely going to accomplish my stone-and-a-half (21-pound or 9.525-kilo) weight loss mark by the end of the three -ber months. Do you want some more numbers? My BMI has dropped to 28.4. Yes, I still have 3.5 to 9.9 to go in order to achieve the healthy weight range I am supposed to be in, i.e. 11 stone 3 lbs (157 lbs or 71.4 kg) to about 9 stone (126 lbs or 57.15 kg), but I am more than determined to lead the skinny life I have always wanted to lead. Though a stone-and-a-half weight loss is quite inevitable by this final -ber month, I would also be happy if I surpassed that target such as anything itching to an overall 2-stone (28-pound or 12.8-kilo) weight loss target. The holidays are in full swing and I trust that my Christmas and New Year’s should be slimmer than before. I want to close this with something I have come up with. Gone is the comfort eating. Gone is the excessive binging. Gone is the secret eating. Gone is my lust for takeaways. Gone is my want to eat out. Gone is the junk food. Gone are the simple carbs. Gone for good is the boozing. Gone are the massive portions. Gone are the furtive feasts. Nothing’s gonna eat me anymore. I’m in charge of my body. I’m proud to aspire to be skinnier. There’s no going back for this queer dude now. There’s no falling off hurdles. It’s health, self-love, and confidence for me now and forever! It’s gonna be a brand new me! Let the final -ber month weight loss commence. Happy Holidays, everybody.
Weight Loss
Happy First Week of Advent, everybody, Antoni here with another -ber month weight loss update. This is the third -ber month, university has come in full swing once again, despite it being another digital semester, but at least I am still on my grind. I started November weighing in at 13 stone 1.21 lbs (183.21 lbs or 83.1 kg). I have ended this -ber month weighing at 12 stone 11.46 lbs (179.46 lbs or 81.4 kg). This means I have lost 3.75 lbs (1.7 kg) throughout this month. It may not be the biggest monthly weight loss I have done, but I realized the fringe benefits. From September to November, I have managed to lose 1 stone 4.3 lbs (18.3 lbs or 8.3 kg), which means I am 2.7 lbs (1.225 kg) near my stone-and-a-half (21-lb or 9.525-kg) weight loss goal. Furthermore, even though I continue to not be classified as obese anymore according to my current BMI of 28.5, I still have a long way to go until I get to a much healthier weight range. I now have between 1 stone 11.05 lbs (22.05 lbs or 10 kg) to 3 stone 11.57 lbs (53.57 lbs or 24.3 kg) of excess weight to go, but I am more than willing to make sure that the skinny life shall be led. I do not want to rest on my laurels because I have to remind myself that any weight lost is much better than any weight regained. Furthermore, I want to continue setting an example to my nieces and nephews that being healthy, independent, and feeling great about yourself is the way to go. I knew what it was like being obese and I do not recommend ending up that size. I will continue to motivate myself and I will do my best to keep the weight off for the rest of my natural life. I am really happy that I got this far in my weight loss in a matter of over two months and I am really excited for December. Have a most blessed Advent, everybody.
Happy All Saints’ Day, everybody. Here it is, the third -ber month, and I started off quite well by going from 13 stone 1.65 lbs down to 13 stone 1.21 lbs (183.65 lbs to 183.21 lbs or 83.3 kg to 83.1 kg), which means that I have at least managed to lose 7.04 ounces or 200 grams of my weight. It may not be the greatest launching pad for this month’s weight loss journey, but this is the impetus for me to not let my determination waver because I want and need to ensure that I lead a healthy and prosperous life free from inhibitions. Furthermore, my BMI has at least shrunk down to 29.1, which is still on the overweight side though I can only go onwards and upwards from here. My goal by the end of this month is to be below 12 stone 8.37 lbs (176.37 lbs or 80 kg). It is going to be a challenging, but I am willing to accept hitting that target weight with every bit of will power I have. Even if I were to only manage lose 5 pounds or 2.27 kilograms of my weight by the end of this month, I always believe that any weight that is lost is better than any weight regained. Even with the second lockdown coming into full swing in the duration of this month, I want to keep persevering not only for my nieces, nephews, role models, parents, uncles, aunties, friends, and younger siblings, but mainly for me, as I do not deserve to live sedentarily. I need to live as bravely and confidently as possible and losing weight is what will enable me to enjoy my life, my career, and my grand prospects to the fullest. Let the great yet rocky work of November commence with all of its vertigoes and its insanities before the holidays arrive. My motivation will never stumble or quaver in the slightest iota. Have a most blessed and reflective All Saints’ Day.
Happy Halloween, everybody! I know I may not be going trick-or-treating, but I have a treat that I am sure you will all endeavor to sit in for a spell. Throughout the month of October, I went from being 13 stone 6.5 lbs to 13 stone 1.65 lbs (188.5 lbs or 85.5 kg to 183.65 lbs or 83.3 kg). Therefore, I lost a total of 4.85 pounds or 2.2 kilograms of my weight. This may not be the greatest amount I have achieved throughout this second -ber month due to the occasional fluctuation of my weight, but I can still have a great sense of perception of the fringe benefits that were in store for me. In stark comparison to how much I weighed back in September or the first -ber month, which was 14 stone 1.76 lbs (197.76 lbs or 89.7 kg), I have managed to achieve my 1-stone (14-pound or 6.35-kilogram) weight loss goal, thus making me lose 1 stone 0.11 lbs (14.11 lbs or 6.4 kg). Even better was how much weight I lost when I began my weight loss journey back on August 27, 2019 weighing in at 17 stone 3.64 lbs (241.64 lbs or 109.6 kg), as I have managed to smash my 4-stone (56-pound or 25.4-kilogram) weight loss goal by shedding a grand total of 4 stone 1.98 lbs (57.98 lbs or 26.3 kg). Furthermore, my BMI has decreased to 29.2. Even though I am still clinically overweight, i.e. 1 stone 12.23 lbs (26.23 lbs or 11.9 kg) overweight, at least I am no longer clinically obese. November is about to open its doors. It is going to be quite a stressful month because of the fact that my next semester is going to start on November 3 and that my duties as an online content creator is going to be a lot more loaded than ever before because I would love to commence on my submissions for this year’s Red Ribbon Reviewers’ Month. Nevertheless, I am really excited for what November has to offer. I am more determined than ever to make sure that I am either at the 12-stone 8.38-pound mark (176.38-pound or 80-kilogram) or below that target. Even if I will not end up making it below that aforementioned target, I will always keep in mind that any weight lost is a whole lot better than any weight regained. There is still a lot of work to do and I do not want to rest on my recent 1-stone (14-pound or 6.35-lbs) laurels, as there is still between 1 stone 12.23 lbs (26.23 lbs or 11.9 kg) to 4 stone 1.76 lbs (57.76 lbs or 26.2 kg) of excess weight to shed in order for me to be at a much healthier weight. Nobody said that weight loss is easy, but it is something worth fighting for not only for my personal confidence, happiness with who is staring back at me in the mirror, and the longevity that does correlate to my never-ending quest for eternal youth, but also for my own personal health. When I went to the doctor to get my vaccination a couple of weeks ago due to this month’s flu season, it was discovered by one of the nurses that my blood pressure was quite high. Therefore, this is further motivation for me to keep on losing weight, maintain a healthy diet through the Keto diet, be a whole lot more active by doing housework and exercise all with gusto and joy, and generally eating less and moving more. For me, weight loss is for more than just mere vanity, but it is also giving myself the impetus to lead a much healthier, more independent, and more free-spirited life. It is not just about me looking and feeling phenomenal in all of the goth-punk clothing I would love to make myself wear on a nearly daily basis, feeling confident as a gay serial singleton who fancies muscular men, and a guy who is extremely passionate about anime, cartoons, opera, film, theater, journalism, and music and entertainment in general, but it is also about me ensuring that my life continues to have purpose in terms of health and not jeopardizing my own health and lifestyle with a “you only live once attitude” towards foods that may be palatable but are actually harmful to my health. I wish you the happiest and healthiest of Halloweens and let us just hope and pray that November, in spite of it being stressful, will be a much better month filled to the brim with more prospects for better health.
Hey, everybody. Antoni, here with my weight loss update. I know I said that from this month until December aka the -ber months are going to be used to lose a lot more weight. I am still keeping to that promise and, as you can tell, I have gone from 14 stone 1.76 lbs (197.76 lbs or 89.7 kg) to 13 stone 7.6 lbs (189.6 lbs or 86 kg). That means I have lost beyond half a stone in this month alone, i.e. 8.16 lbs or 3.7 kg. This was not just due to the fact that I still maintained a pescatarian, vegetarian, and fruitarian diet along with fitting as much exercise as I can, but it is also thanks to the Ketogenic Diet or the Keto Diet for making this first -ber month weight loss accomplishment possible. Moreover, this is also something my flatmate and I have been doing and the results have been fantastic. Sure, this was not easy, as I did crave for pasta, cereals, rice, and certain foods that brought me to my doldrums. However, with the persistence, resilience, and determination I had in my mind, soul, and body to not go back to the route of obesity again, I do not miss these foods whatsoever and I hope not to go back to them again. I have my great friend Jill to thank so much from the bottom of my heart for encouraging me to be on the Keto Diet and I am feeling very ecstatic to have done this. I have more motivation and confidence every waking morning and I intend to lose more weight to live the fulfilling, independent, and excellent-quality life I have always wanted and needed. Furthermore, I have found something that is sustainable, has worked really well for me so far, and something I can definitely live well with. I wanted to lose between 7 to 14 pounds (3.175 kg to 6.35kg) by the end of September. Now that I found out that I lost 8.16 lbs (3.7 kg), I feel like I smashed my target and I am on my way to being away from being classified as clinically obese, since my BMI is currently 30.1. Yes, this is also totals as an overall weight loss, from when I started back in August 27, 2019 being 17 stone 3.64 lbs (241.64 lbs or 109.6 kg) to now being 13 stone 7.6 lbs (189.6 lbs or 86 kg), of 3 stone 10.04 lbs (52.04 lbs or 23.6 kg). It is just 3.56 more pounds until I hit my 4-stone (56-pound or 25.4-kg) weight loss to end up being within the healthy weight range. While it was great to wrap up my first -ber month with this piece of progress, I cannot rest on my laurels. October is coming up. By the looks of it, if I keep this weight-loss progress up, I could already lose a stone (14 lbs or 6.35 kg) in total. I might even end up losing between 1 stone 2 lbs or 1 and a half stone (16 lbs and 21 lbs or 7.26 kg or 9.53 kg). From this day until the end of the day, any weight lost between this month until December, let alone before the start of 202, is so much better than any weight regained.
Hey everybody, Antoni here, and I have something to let you all sit in for a spell on. What you are seeing is what I used to look like back in late August 2019 and what I look like today.
