Watching Inuyasha more critically and from his point of view made me appreciate him a lot more as a person and made me hate Miroku’s, Sango’s, Kagome’s, and Shippou’s guts a lot more. Their brand of narcissism is on full display in Episode 100 when they just chose to snicker at Inuyasha after he rescued them from Garamaru’s poisonous cocoons, and it made me realize that they are nothing more than soulless sociopaths with no compassion and no consideration of Inuyasha’s loneliness. Therefore, these four floozies are pathetic losers. Miroku, Sango, Kagome, and Shippou are a true masterclass in narcissism, sociopathy, manipulation, deceit, psychopathy, nastiness, and absolute whorishness. I would never label them as Inuyasha’s companions. They were more like glorified skanks, whores, floozies, and obsessive sluts who milk Inuyasha’s strength, power, loyalty, and inwardly desperate need for companionship to feel better about themselves but not understand the pain that he has been enduring for years due to being ostracized by both demons and humans. All these four losers saw in Inuyasha after over 100 episodes is their bloodhound lackey without any personal agency and who is bound to them by some arbitrary rubbish caused by those accursed Beads of Subjugation that Kagome abused over and over again. Speaking of Kagome, she is simply horrible for abusing Inuyasha and for enabling Miroku, Sango, and Shippou to crawl at her feet. Cue the idiotic, stupid, butthurt Kagome defenders and fantards crying and whining that I am misogynistic without providing any proof or popping something out of their buttholes. How sad and savage. I argue that these four losers massively fail at fending for themselves. Whether it is Miroku relying on his Wind Tunnel, Sango having limited choices in attacks, Kagome only using her sacred bow and arrow only on dire occasions and not training herself with her weapons, and Shippou’s tricks being haphazard at worst and mediocre at best, having these four idiots try to fight deadly monsters and demons without Inuyasha’s help should have challenged them with everything they have. Yes, Sango is the strongest physically, but she is mentally weak and just as much of a loser as Miroku, Kagome, and Shippou are because she is easily manipulated. If they had fended for themselves more instead of manipulating Inuyasha and using him as nothing more than their lapdog, they would be more likable. However, they are nothing more than disingenuous paeans who are ungrateful, string Inuyasha along, and are simply pathetic. Inuyasha had every right to call them out on their disingenuousness, and I as the viewer was just as annoyed as he was when he wanted to hear how they genuinely felt about him rescuing them. The losers. Miroku, Sango, Kagome, and Shippou are nothing more than a quartet of helpless, pathetic, stupid, incompetent dickheads filled to the brim with narcissism and soullessness. I do not care if fans of these losers are crying and wailing and proclaiming that I am disgusting because the truth does hurt when it comes to these four ruthless humanoids. Miroku, Sango, Kagome, and Shippou certainly make Regina George from Mean Girls, Heather Chandler from Heathers, and even Evie Zamora from Thirteen appear saintlier and more intellectual than these four lousy, lying, low-down, four-flushing carcasses. Without Inuyasha, they may as well be maggot food because that is what Miroku, Sango, Kagome, and Shippou truly are on the inside. They are no better than the decomposed carcasses that maggots and bacteria feed upon, for they are hollow and empty shells of individuals. Slander because despite the many occasions Inuyasha has been saving them, these losers choose to show their ingratitude by belittling him for being a “simpleton” when he is expressing his confidence when acquiring a new skill with his Tessaiga. Finally, falsehood because all they spouted from their mouths are lies and half-truths. The main Dunderhead family is a fine example of what deceit, lies, hypocrisy, and falsehood can do to create such a low-down hypocrite of a father, a false sheep of a mother, and a deceitful ingrate of a son to the point where the Three Bears would pleasure themselves in having the Dunderhead family for their main course. The only thing that has ever united Miroku, Sango, and Shippou, aside from Miroku bearing Sango’s three children and not the ten that he so wanted, is their undeniable hero-worship of the spoiled, bratty, annoying, pathetic floozy known as Kagome Higurashi. I have made my points about Kagome extremely clear that she has not grown in maturity let alone in combat prowess despite her fans trying to defend their goddess, so, I am not going to repeat myself in stating that she is nothing special. Apparently, Miroku, Sango, and Shippou are nothing more than reflections of what the fans do to glorify Kagome and her atrocious treatment of Inuyasha by pinning it all on him. For all their talk of solidarity and loyalty, Miroku, Sango, and Shippou are failures at their job as good comrades. The worst aspect about Miroku, Sango, and Shippou aka Daddy, Mommy, and Baby Dunderhead is that they enable Kagome’s abusive behavior towards Inuyasha because “her feelings matter”, thus justifying all of the horrible sit commands she has been giving him just because he has been a jerk to her. Instead of encouraging Kagome to be more reasonable with Inuyasha, they cave in to her bratty attitude without considering how Inuyasha was feeling at his point in life ranging from his perennial ostracization from both demons and humans to his tragic relationship with Kikyou. Kagome already has a sheltered life complete with friends from her school while Inuyasha had nothing, hence he shrouds himself with a hard shell to protect himself. However, when Miroku, Sango, and Shippou choose to put Kagome on a pedestal, they do so by belittling Inuyasha and not allowing him to speak his mind. Even when he speaks the truth and his mind, Miroku, Sango, and Shippou choose to enable Kagome’s abusive behavior, not take full responsibility for themselves like they should have done many episodes ago. Miroku’s, Sango’s, and Shippou’s failure to take proper responsibility for themselves while pinning their problems onto Inuyasha and worshipping Kagome like their goddess have always made them the stupidest, lamest, most pathetic, and most disgusting creatures to ever walk the earth. Their maltreatment of Inuyasha is probably one of the most legendary misdeeds I have ever seen desecrate the small screen. While it would be amusing to punish them painfully and slowly, the best thing to do is to let them suffer in complete silence. Even when presented with the opportunity to show their gratitude to Inuyasha, they permit their mouthpiece Kagome to do the work for them because they are nothing more than disingenuously pathetic cretins. The Christmastide may be a season of love, compassion, perpetual hope, and good vibes. However, I only have terrible vibes for this poor excuse of a demon slayer and this poor excuse of a Kitsune. Besides, Virgin Mary and Child Jesus Sango and Shippou are not! I know some people may see it a whole lot differently than I did, but, because I have been watching Inuyasha from his point of view, I argue that Sango and Shippou are two of his most atrocious companions next to Kagome and Miroku combined. Believe me, I will also tackle him alongside Sango and Shippou, as these three nitwits constitute the main Dunderhead family. These two knuckleheads may as well be a mother and son duo because at least Sango seems more fit than her “immature younger sister” Kagome in motherhood duties, and at least Shippou can have a mother figure in Sango who will end up taking care of him. It is such a shame that both Sango and Shippou lack common sense and the compassion that is necessary to understand Inuyasha’s pain and loneliness. Instead, they just treat him like a second to a third-class citizen. For a demon slayer like Sango and for a Kitsune like Shippou, viewers would expect them to bear some degree of mental resourcefulness and physical prowess. However, despite their varying degrees of skill, with Sango showing that she can be physically capable of slaughtering demons with her weapons and Shippou using the occasional trickery, they fail rather miserably when it comes to the much more challenging creatures such as Garamaru and his cocoons for example. Sure, the movies, especially the third Inuyasha movie, did show them becoming stronger in their skills. However, because the movies tend to stray from canon, their skills have not shown any improvement, and just rely on Inuyasha to rescue them nearly all the time. So much for this demon slayer and this Kitsune who just end up being very pathetic. What is even sadder is that they did not need to be this way. Sango could have been a much stronger fighter on her own and be in league with Inuyasha, while Shippou could have known his boundaries. Unfortunately, this is the case of truly failed potential on both parties. The only good thing about Sango being a mother figure to Shippou, at least in my view, is that she is a lot more emotionally mature than the abusively snappy dimwit known as Kagome Higurashi, although she herself does complete this stupidly pathetic family. At least Sango and Shippou get to be stupid, indifferent, and awful together as mother and son, considering how they are nothing more than Kagome’s extremely lame yes-people and enablers. Speaking of being yes-people and enablers, Sango may show motherly love to Shippou and take good care of him, while Shippou may demonstrate how much of a respectful son he can be to his loving mother. Thus, they can beautifully coexist as a mother-and-son duo who will be there for each other. However, the cruelly raw fact remains that both Sango and Shippou are just as bad as each other when it comes to not understanding Inuyasha and choosing to jump on Kagome’s bandwagon that he is a two-timer. They can never think for themselves let alone critically assess the situation Inuyasha is in without having to consult Kagome their goddess. In theory, Sango’s great combat prowess and Shippou’s potential to grow as a Kitsune should be more reasons why I should root for them. However, time and time again, their willingness to remain as Kagome’s knee-crawling posse and their inability to grow as fighters and individuals make them nothing more than pathetic losers. It is a pure shame that Sango and Shippou could barely rise above whatever potential they could have had. In a perfect world, Sango could have been more understanding of Inuyasha’s problems rather than be nothing more than a Kagome cheerleader. Shippou could have known his boundaries a lot better instead of being an ungrateful little bastard who always tried Inuyasha’s patience. Nevertheless, according to how they were portrayed in canon, they were nothing more than a sad mother-and-son duo who could never rise above their own biases let alone stand up to Kagome to not think too highly of herself. I will always argue that Sango and Shippou are only brought together as mother and son because they are both terrible companions to Inuyasha. From her being a member of Kagome’s followers to partaking in maltreating Inuyasha to her utter incompetence when actually facing Naraku, she has done nothing more than be a hindrance to herself and to the ones who are supposed to be her allies. She is nothing more than a pitiful fool who has devolved into a breeding mare for a pathetic pervert and hypocrite. Sure, she may be a mother to three children who have taken on her “legacy”, but she is nothing more than a pathetic joke who may as well be stabbed by Devil May Cry’s very own Vergil. One of the many misdeeds Sango has to account for is her blatant lies and hypocrisy. For somebody who swore to stay by Inuyasha’s side in Episode 52 after his full-demon transformation, she did a terrible job at being the companion he truly needed. Perhaps if she listened to him a lot more and gravitated less towards Kagome’s “hurt feelings”, there could have been a firmer friendship and far more respect between Inuyasha and Sango. I may not romantically ship them because I am more partial to Inuyasha x Ayame. However, after everything Sango failed to do for Inuyasha as a comrade, companion, and friend, she deserves absolutely nothing. I am aware of the whole belief that girls can stick together, but Sango’s follower nature towards Kagome is taken up to eleven that I cannot believe just how much of a sad, pathetic loser she is. Despite supposedly having the strength of more than ten men, all she has going for herself is latching on to what other people think instead of thinking for herself. This has caused her to be nothing more than a skank who cannot save herself from crap. Her foolishness does not remain with Inuyasha and how he has become a victim of her being such a pathetic bystander, but she is also complicit in making herself weak for her pervert monk in the face of sacrificing Rin to save his pathetic life. This would have hurt Sesshoumaru the most, as he did go through development in understanding what his and Inuyasha’s father wanted to teach them, and that was compassion for others, hence his birthright with Tenseiga and finding his own path with Bakusaiga. Her falling for Naraku’s tricks for the umpteenth time was the last straw, considering that she has always fallen for his rubbish since he implanted the initial seeds of mistrust toward Inuyasha when he framed him for slaughtering her demon slayer comrades. Now with Rin in the mix, the fact that Sango thought she had to kill Rin to save her fellow pathetic loser Miroku was the lousiest display of incompetence I have ever seen. Sesshoumaru should have killed Sango right then and there because she was about to slaughter Rin just to save that hypocritical loser who has been womanizing and being plain deceitful. For her corporal punishment, she might as well be tied to a sequoia tree waiting for the nearest semi-truck to crush her into a bloody mess. Once she is crushed to a bloodied mess by that semi-truck, her body shall be chopped up to bits by hatchets as if though she were in a butcher’s shop. Then, throw her mangled corpse in a cauldron and douse her with kerosene and butane. Finally, light up a match, watch the flame burn, and incinerate her useless carcass. If I want something more violent for Sango, I would gladly unleash the Psycho Rangers to mangle her and crack every joint in her body. Once that is done, the Psycho Rangers would gladly tear her up to bloodied shreds. Finally, the Psycho Rangers would bring what is left of Sango’s mangled body as an offering to Lord Zedd and Master Org, thus making both demon lords incinerate her carcass with their staffs. Oh, what a fitting end Sango will have. Death is a wonderful solution to make this pathetic floozy suffer. Besides, seeing this dumb floozy die a horrible death would be a very ideal end after everything she failed to do for Inuyasha and what she did to Rin. The problems I have with Sango do not even begin to describe how much I hate her to this day and find her extremely problematic. You can call it the blind hero-worshipping I used to have from my pre-adolescent to teenage years for this loser floozy taking on demon slayer duties. Her lack of common sense, inability to think for herself, inconsistent skills, and amazing stupidity do not make her a demon slayer at all. She is nothing more than an over-glorified bimbo who is all style and barely any substance. Besides, Sango has been falling for Naraku’s traps and tricks several times. Yes, she may have overcome some of the demon puppets created by Naraku, but when it comes to taking him down, she did show potential, but she ended up falling for his tricks hook, line, and sinker. She was not even any better during her battle with the Panther Devas when she could have been more useful other than having Sesshoumaru and Inuyasha take down the Panther King themselves. Therefore, Sango is a pathetic loser who is all talk, all style, and all looks but has no substance, no brain, and no common sense. For someone who is supposed to be a powerful demon slayer, it is incredibly laughable how quickly and easily Sango falls for nearly all of Naraku’s tricks and gets herself trapped by enemies who are a lot stronger than her. She has the weapons and the skills to overcome her physical obstacles, but she does not enact on the determination and strong willpower that she thought she had. One egregious example is her constantly pining over her lost brother Kohaku in terms of how much she wants him back despite him not being psychologically ready to become a demon slayer himself, how he was manipulated into killing the demon slayer clan, how he became an unwilling pawn in Naraku’s machinations, and the many horrible atrocities he has done outside Naraku’s control. The natural thing Sango should have done was kill him because he unwillingly and willingly killed a lot of people to not have any memories of the crap he has done or some stupid plan of him being free from Naraku’s grasp. Common sense should have told Sango to not give in to sibling piety and execute Kohaku for good and for all. Even worse is what Sango did in Inuyasha: The Final Act, specifically when it came to nearly killing Rin to save that other pathetic loser Miroku. Seriously, after every hypocritical and lousy deed that Miroku has done, Sango should have seen nothing in him because he was a pathetically empty shell of a monk and of a man. The only thing that brought Miroku and Sango together is how they were nothing more than Kagome’s posse and antagonistic towards Inuyasha when it came to his trauma with Kikyou. Her pathetic loser side was made extremely clear when Miroku was using Rin as a sacrifice to make the Shikon Jewel far more corrupted yet powerful. All Sango had to do was kill Rin to save Miroku, but she was too stupid to realize that it was all an illusion by Naraku. After what Rin had to endure with death two times, first at Kouga’s hands and second in the underworld, Sesshoumaru could not let her suffer another death, especially not at the hands of both Naraku and Sango combined. Naraku’s final test of temptation for Sango was what she failed at, and she should have been killed by Sesshoumaru once and for all. Sango’s pathetic weakness and egregious incompetence truly make her a loser par excellence. She has failed multiple times at realizing all the horrible machinations Naraku set her up, specifically when it came to Kohaku and how she was about to kill Rin to be reunited with her beloved pathetic pervert. It was also laughable to see how far she has devolved from being a combatant with heaps of potential to keep growing and stay unfettered to a pathetic weakling who has poor priorities and is easily fooled by Naraku while staying loyal to a faithless loser pervert. I would have loved for this pathetic loser known as Sango to suffer this cruel punishment. She may as well find herself at the Psycho Rangers’ hands in terms of being impaled, beheaded, and quartered by them. For great measure, Master Org can place various curses on her and incinerate her entire body. Finally, Sango may as well be devoured by Trakeena and her minions, thus making her nothing but fodder for the Power Rangers villains. Whatever punishment fits this pathetic skank can be just as strong as Sesshoumaru slicing her to bits with Bakusaiga. She deserves it. I can hear and see the steam coming out of many Sango fans’ ears and heads right now when I say that Sango is one of the most overrated characters in Inuyasha next to Kagome. I can also hear a great number of people coming at me stating that I am being a misogynist for hating on somebody like her just like what they threw at me when I expressed my extreme hatred against Kagome. Heck, I can even hear retards thinking that I hate Sango because I want Miroku to myself, which is complete bollocks because I bloody hate Miroku too. Nevertheless, I am standing my ground and defending myself when I state that Sango is not all that great. Despite her strength as a combatant, despite her surface-level fierceness, and despite the promise she had as her own fighter, she ended up being nothing more than wasted potential. Sure, she is physically strong and demonstrated her skills in the earlier parts of the series; however, with every journey she and her companions endured, she seemed to become a lot more reliant on Inuyasha to comply with her, Miroku, Kagome, and Shippou, thus making her lame and pathetic. Sango’s skills as a demon slayer may have shown promise, given her epic team-ups with Inuyasha when battling monsters and demons, but the fact that she ends up kidnapped, poisoned, and subdued by demons and bandits alike makes her weak and physically lame. Worse is that she and her fellow losers Miroku, Kagome, and Shippou are nothing more than useless, thus making Inuyasha the de facto savior of their pathetic asses. I know I am still reeling from the horribly bitter aftertaste of Episode 100 because of how Sango participated in Miroku’s, Kagome’s, and Shippou’s smugness toward Inuyasha who, may I remind you, had to fight tooth and nail just to try to get them out of Garamaru’s cocoons. Instead of showing compassion and unconditional companionship as she supposedly promised in Episode 52, she just became nothing more than a member of the hypocritical ingrate brigade. Perhaps if she stood up for herself a lot more, stood up to Kagome more often, and was not a member of Kagome’s posse, she would have been a stronger person and not bought the whole girls stick together excuse. People can praise Sango for being physically strong and a formidable fighter, but how she behaved in the later episodes as well as after her debut appearance demonstrated how weak she truly was. Whether she remained as one of Kagome’s knee-crawling posse or constantly fell into Naraku’s machinations among other villain-of-the-week machinations, she showed how much she could not think for herself and understand that what Kagome was doing to Inuyasha, as in abusing the Beads of Subjugation on him out of her inane jealousy toward Kikyou as well as keeping him in line, was wrong and hurtful. Take away Sango’s combat prowess and she is nothing more than a sheep and a pathetic yes woman to Kagome at best and an easily manipulated dumbass in distress at worst. If it were not for Sango’s abilities as a demon slayer, she would have been nothing more than a pathetic weakling which she truly is. There is nothing worth rooting for Sango. Even if she were to demonstrate her boomerang skills and overall combat skills, she ended up as nothing more than a miserable excuse for a loser. When I was a young boy between 11 and 14 years old, I used to like Sango because of how strong and tough she was. Nowadays, as a 30-year-old content creator and full-time Master’s student, I find her pitiful because she defines wasted potential. Sango’s inability to think for herself and failure to stand up for herself to compliment her physical prowess make her a pitiful excuse of a demon slayer, a terrible companion to Inuyasha, and one of Kagome’s subhuman humanoids. Nothing about Sango is worth rooting for anymore because her flashy moves with her boomerang and weapons at her disposal are absolutely futile, especially when they are wielded by a pathetic loser. The one fate I would have loved for this pathetic loser and yes woman to have faced is to have her executed in the most brutal fashion possible. I think her ending up stabbed to death by assassins and chopped up to smithereens by warlords would be a fitting punishment for her. Therefore, I used to want her to rise above the obstacles. The answer lies in how ashamed she should be for being complicit in her maltreatment towards Inuyasha, her horrid actions after her introduction, being nothing more than Kagome’s humanoid robots, and generally being nothing but talk while not walking the walk as a strong warrior. For somebody who is supposed to be physically strong, it is amazing how useless Sango becomes against a much stronger foe. A case in point would be Garamaru who trapped her, Kagome, Miroku, and Shippou in his cocoons, thus causing Inuyasha to fight tooth and nail to try to get them out of there. She may be human, but she was supposed to be the strong woman of the group. It just shows that she never had compassion toward Inuyasha and saw him as a pathetic simpleton. Sango needs to have a taste of her own shameful medicine because that is what she should be adorned with for all the harm she has done and all the rubbish that she was complicit in. Sango has proven herself to be the biggest conundrum I have ever seen because of how she may be physically strong, but she is thoroughly pathetic when it comes to being critical of who she thinks she is following. We are looking at a supposed warrior who may demonstrate physical prowess in the heat of battle. However, when it comes to using common sense, thinking for herself, and assessing the situation people less fortunate than she is are in, she fails on all of those accounts. She presents herself as this loving older sister to Kohaku when she should have learned that he was not psychologically prepared to be inducted in this field and keeps hating herself for losing him to Naraku’s machinations. She even presents herself as one of Inuyasha’s staunchest friends when she has done absolutely nothing to understand his point of view let alone accept him as her equal. Instead, she is nothing more than a pathetic hypocrite who truly does not understand Inuyasha as an individual, does a terrible job at being an understanding older sister, and is just a self-hating wench who is inferior to Inuyasha as a warrior. To add further to her shamefulness is how she still sticks by Miroku despite his atrocious actions towards other women especially towards Koharu in Episode 41. If you were not aware of what he did to Koharu in that episode, he asked her to bear his child when she came of age. Mind you, the douchebag was 15 years old, and Koharu was all but 11 years old. Yes, Sango was justifiably pissed with him, but she should have dumped his pathetic ass. Instead, she continued to stick by him because of reasons that are beyond my understanding let alone control. Perhaps the only reason why she remained with him is because she too is nothing but one of Kagome’s knee-crawling posse like her husband and surrogate son Shippou. Despite Miroku groping Sango at inopportune moments and womanizing with every and any girl and/or woman, she could not end up moving on from him because the only thing they have in common aside from their hatred toward Naraku is how pathetic they are together, especially when it comes to constantly taking Kagome’s side and not understanding Inuyasha’s loneliness, guilt, plight, and/or pain. Sango has brought more shame than glory to her name both as a demon slayer and as a person. Her self-loathing over Kohaku’s initial passing and eventual brainwashing through Naraku make her a truly pathetic individual with no guts and no glory. While she may be a physically strong warrior, she is mentally and psychologically weak choosing to be nothing more than a sad follower of Kagome instead of thinking for herself, standing up to her, calling her out on her abusive actions toward Inuyasha, and realizing that Inuyasha was far more than meets the eye in terms of his loyalty and honesty. Even more shameful is her choice to end up with the perverted monk known as Miroku. Despite her knowing full well of his lascivious actions, she chooses to stay with him for reasons beyond my understanding. Perhaps, Miroku knows that Sango is the only woman he can have as his breeding mare, and look what happened. The fact that Sango would end up sacrificing her life for a crooked hypocrite and pervert demonstrates how truly pathetic she is. She may as well end up as a rotten corpse for all I care. Back when I first watched Inuyasha as an eleven-year-old tween until I fully watched it as a teenager, I did enjoy Sango and her brand of strength. However, as the years rolled by, and I began to watch Inuyasha more critically, I started to realize that Sango was nothing more than a pathetic loser who could use her head well, a lousy sheep who was one of Kagome’s knee-crawling posse, and a demeaning hypocrite who never saw Inuyasha as an individual but as a second to a third-class citizen. The way she carried herself into battle with her ginormous boomerang Hiraikotsu plus her weapons might have made her look cool and courageous, but she became even more useless as the series rolled on. She took Inuyasha’s strength and loyalty for granted, despite her knowing full well that he is part dog Yokai, and never considered his thoughts and feelings when it came to the similar situation he endured, specifically the loss of Kikyou. At the end of the day, Sango is another classic case of somebody who talks the talk but fails to walk the walk, as she had courage as a heroine but was nothing more than a pathetically brainless zero. Sango’s foolishness is legendary in the most negative way possible. From the beginning, she bought Naraku’s whole trick of framing Inuyasha for the murder of her clan hook, line, and sinker. Even after Inuyasha cleared his name from being framed by Naraku, Sango continued to not have any warmth for him as her comrade and as her platonic equal. Despite her going through the similar loss that Inuyasha endured, she never understood the special bond he and Kikyou shared when she was still alive and before he was pinned to the Sacred Tree by her arrows due to Naraku setting both of them up. All she did was immediately take Kagome’s side just like her stupid life partner Miroku and the crappy excuse of a Kitsune Shippou. So much for her stating that she wanted to stay by Inuyasha’s side during the aftermath of Episode 52. It is such a shame that Sango could not rise above her own mental incompetence, better herself as a good friend, and thoroughly understand Inuyasha’s point of view because her physical strength may have made her cool, but her lack of deeper compassion and common sense made her lame. Even more foolish is how Sango thinks she has every right to call out Miroku and his philandering ways but also believes that Inuyasha himself was a philanderer while he was not in any serious relationship with Kagome, to begin with. Sure, Inuyasha can visit Kikyou all he wants because he had major unfinished business with her as well as finding closure with her; yet, she along with Miroku, Shippou, and Kagome were still quick to scold him as if though he could not be his own person. What Sango has been doing is being the pot that calls the kettle black when she herself was not any more innocent than Miroku and Inuyasha combined. I do not mean stating that she had affairs with other men but pointing fingers without acknowledging her own shortcomings as a person. This also ties in nicely with how she is just as complicit in joining the Inuyasha is unfaithful to Kagome with Kikyou bandwagon all to make the prissy missy known as Kagome feel better about herself without thinking for herself and having Sango put herself in Inuyasha’s place to understand that the turmoil and loss he endured are similar to what she endured. To say Sango is a brainless fool is a mere understatement because she is not only a brainless fool who cannot think for herself but also a complete moron for not thoroughly understanding Inuyasha’s loss, as it was the similar experience she endured when she lost her father and her younger brother Kohaku before Naraku revived him as his zombie. It seems that she only got along with Inuyasha because he was a powerful warrior without understanding his inward need for compassion and companionship. Worst of all, she presents herself as a bigger hypocrite than Miroku, Kagome, and Shippou combined because, although she stated in Episode 52 that she wanted to stay by Inuyasha’s side no matter what happens to him, she is just as complicit in being nothing more than a fake friend who took advantage of Inuyasha’s strength and loyalty. What she is reduced to is nothing more than a member of Kagome’s army of skanks, which is a shame. Perhaps if she thought more for herself, she would not be relegated to be anything more than the sheep that she is. As Sango is, she is simply a pathetic zero with little brain. No matter how many times I say this, no matter how many times I have made this explicitly clear ad nauseam, and no matter how many times I have to state this, Shippou’s status as a tagalong kid let alone his age as a child never excused him from his atrocious behavior towards the people who discipline him and saved his useless, hypocritical, pathetic, smart-mouthing behind. Time and again, he has proven himself to be the most ungrateful, vindictive, mean, and condescending loser I have ever seen desecrate the small screen. Shippou deserves all of my rage, ire, wrath, and hatred to the point where I would gladly incinerate him with kerosene, butane, and a lit match. That is just how atrocious he is as an individual. Every time I hear this turd open his mouth and spout out words of ingratitude and hypocrisy, I just want to douse him with kerosene and throw a lit candle at his useless carcass. I would have to be the most naive person in the world to show any empathy and pity for this horrible excuse of a Kitsune let alone tagalong kid character because I do not have a single ounce of kindness towards him. From the beginning, Shippou has presented himself as a weak fighter and big talker who is all bark and no bite. The whole excuse surrounding him being a child does not faze me, and it never will. There have been more capable child characters than Shippou who have proven themselves to be craftier, cleverer, tougher, and smarter than this loser. Ed from Cowboy Bebop, Maggie Simpson, Stewie Griffin, and Chibiusa would definitely trounce his worthless behind, destroy him, and turn him into a pelt for their pleasure. What is worse is that Shippou is a young Kitsune. Therefore, he would have been clever, resourceful, and crafty for his young age, but he is nothing more than a mouthy loser who likes to make Inuyasha feel small and worthless just because he is a half-demon and Shippou is a Kitsune, despite not being useful. No doubt that Shippou is just a pathetic little skid mark that needs to be wiped away forever. Once again, I need to bring up Shippou’s ingratitude because this is the benchmark of what always made him an unlikable turd unworthy of any redemption. The countless occasions where Inuyasha saved his and his poor excuses of comrades’ behinds should account for how much Shippou needs to be taught a hard lesson on gratitude. This pathetic little piece of fecal matter had the audacity to state to Inuyasha that he can brag all he wants about where he and the other three losers known as Miroku, Sango, and Kagome would have been without his strength and loyalty. Mind you, this was after Inuyasha rescued those four losers from Garamaru’s destructive cocoons by reminding them that they had something to live for and fought tooth and nail to try to get them out of there. After everything Inuyasha has done to keep him safe and well, despite the jabs he throws at him to toughen him up, Shippou continues to be a vindictive and mean little prick who does not know the first thing about gratitude. His characterization in Yashahime also failed because he was still the uncompassionate twerp he has always been. Fans of Shippou may cry foul at me for being too hard on him, but I will always stand my ground and argue that his behavior can never be excused either just because of his age or his status as the “team mascot” when he is actually nothing more than a filthy pest. He has never grown in charm let alone in strength, and there was not one moment where he reflected more on his actions and words in terms of who he has hurt or caused rifts with. He has caused far more strife than relief because of his ludicrous antics and complete lack of compassion and consideration toward others, especially toward Inuyasha. Therefore, I and many other people who do not like Shippou have every reason to call out his actions, thus placing them in the spotlight and ensuring that he has no place to hide from his overall crappiness. Shippou’s atrocities far precede him in terms of how he does not learn from his mistakes, is not worth redeeming, may as well be skinned and tanned, and is best used as a pelt, a carpet, and/or a floor rug for the holidays instead of the supposed Kitsune he was designated to be. Sit back, relax, and enjoy my evisceration of this pathetic excuse of a Kitsune and why I believe he gives fascinating creatures like Kitsune a terrible name. People who defend Shippou or are lenient towards him can perform the same song and dance with me about how he is just a child, he is just comic relief, and/or both all they want. However, I do not buy any of these excuses at all. I have seen funnier comic reliefs who are not insufferable little ingrates. I have seen more lovable kid characters who have a deeper sense of understanding and compassion. For today’s discourse, I have seen cooler, craftier, fiercer, and more formidable Kitsune than the pathetic, ungrateful, horrid, hateful little bastard known as Shippou. I will always argue that Shippou gives Kitsune a horrible name because he is not crafty in the slightest. Yes, he can change into different creatures, but he does it haphazardly to the point where Kirara and Hachiemon were more reliable than this little prick will ever be. He is just a pathetic bigmouth who had the potential to grow, but his powers were inconsequential at best and useless at worst. Therefore, he deserves only my pity for not reaching his full potential as a resourceful warrior and a reliable member of the team he was in. Coming from somebody who knows a fair amount of Japanese mythology, Kitsune are known to be crafty, cunning, wise, and rely mostly on a quick mind than mighty muscle when it comes to overcoming their foes. Shippou is the unfortunate opposite of what Kitsune is supposed to be because he is an unfunny coward without an inch of craftiness in his mind, body, and soul. Instead of growing in wisdom and cunning for his young age, he would rather be a snide loser whose bark is much worse than his bite as well as be coddled by three other losers in Miroku, Sango, and Kagome. Shippou is only effective with weaker opponents and does not even have the will to challenge himself let alone build up his own strength and skill. It really says something that a flea demon like Myoga, a blacksmith like Totosai, a Kappa like Jaken, and a Tanuki like Hachiemon are far more useful, cunning, and hilarious than Shippou will ever be. I never expect him to be as awesome as Yoko Kurama or as overly powerful as the Nine-Tailed Fox Demon, but his lack of power and cunning make Shippou truly lame and weak against his opponents. Speaking of not being as great as Yoko Kurama or the Nine-Tailed Fox Demon because he lacks strength, stamina, stealth, and smarts, Shippou’s weakness as a fighter and as one of my favorite Japanese mythical beings ever extends to his lack of growth. The little he does learn throughout the course of the series ends up being all for naught. He does not grow more compassionate or more powerful or more conscientious as a warrior and as an individual. He continues to be an unreliable ally who does not acquire new skills to challenge himself, thus not making him helpful in taking down stronger demons including, the worst of them all, Naraku. The excuse of him being a child and a comic relief all fall flat on deaf ears because he should have used his skills to grow as a fighter, but he did not. It says something that even Justin Stewart from Power Rangers Turbo was more reliable to his older teammates/surrogate older brothers and sisters because he had sufficient smarts and moves to help his comrades and friends out of sticky and compromising situations. What remain of Shippou is his weakness and my pity. When the likes of Jaken, Myoga, Totosai, and Hachiemon are more useful than a hellion like Shippou, you know that something is indubitably wrong with this picture of supposed power from a Kitsune. The excuses of him being a tagalong kid and a comic relief are absolute bollocks because there have been kid characters who were far more reliable let alone stronger and cleverer than this turd will ever be such as Power Rangers Turbo’s Justin Stewart the Blue Turbo Power Ranger. Justin has proven himself to be resourceful, reliable, courageous, and understanding despite some mixed fan reception of him being a kid ending up as a Power Ranger, although the likes of Kou and Riki from Dairanger and Ohranger are also young children who take on ranger duties and do them well. I never bought Shippou’s minuscule contributions to his group/surrogate family because he lacks resourcefulness and courage. If he did grow into a more resourceful Kitsune, instead of the mouthy little loser that he is, perhaps I would root for him more.
