Ballet Review
What an evening I had. This was yet another fine ballet adaptation of Alexander Pushkin’s classic novella, Eugene Onegin. As to be expected this focuses on Tatyana and Onegin as the central characters, whilst giving supporting characters like Prince Gremin and Olga a sufficient amount of character development. Enjoy the review and let me know your opinions as well.
A charming and enchanting production of The Nutcracker, in which the action is transported from Germany to the lovely, quiet, and calm village of Porvoo. Enjoy the review and let me know your opinions as well.
My Tchaikovsky Ballet weekend comes to a close with this marvelous fairy tale classic about a young princess found in the woods after piercing her delicate finger on a spindle. It is up to her darling prince to save her with Love’s first kiss. Enjoy the review and let me know your opinions as well.
Let us all take a trip to the mystical Swan Lake, where we meet the dashing Prince Siegfried, the fair Princess Odette, and the wicked sorcerer, Rothbart, headed by the Russian National Ballet in Berlin. Enjoy the review and let me know your opinions as well.
Let Joby Talbot’s vivid musical score, Christopher Wheeldon’s versatile choreography, and Christopher Saunders’ eye-popping, intricate, and gorgeous production whisk you all into a world full of color, magic, and thrills in this ballet adaptation of Lewis Carroll’s magnum opus. Enjoy the review and let me know your opinions as well. #ROHAlice
