The Fourteen Anime Martial Arts Teams: Final Redux

Greetings, anime fans, martial arts aficionados, fighting game devotees, and enthusiasts of all things about anime, martial arts, video games, and fighting tournaments. Antoni here with another written entry. I know I already made a previous entry regarding my fourteen teams each consisting of seven anime characters practicing various martial arts barely three months ago. While, I was satisfied with a majority of the martial arts choices I gave to them, there were some issues. First, a couple of the team-ups no longer made sense in hindsight. Secondly, I thought it would be better to switch up some of the martial arts per practitioner. Third, there are also some names that must be changed. As you can tell from the title, this is the last time I will make these important changes and find myself more satisfied with the line-up arranged.   As always, the drill is that I list down the teams, the members, their martial arts styles, birthdays, and current ages. I’ve also changed some of the birthdays, since I was also not that satisfied with some of them. These changes will make me feel a lot more at ease combined with a heightened sense of joy. With that said, let’s get ready to rumble once again! Osu! Hajime!   The Splendid Seven (Sesshoumaru, Shuran, Inuyasha, Hakkaku, Ginta, Ayame, and Shunran) The arena resounds in triumph and enthrallment when two mighty dog yokai warrior brothers in Sesshoumaru and Inuyasha, three spiky-haired yokai warrior brothers in Shuran, Hakkaku, and Ginta, and two auburn-haired yokai warrior sisters in Ayame and Shunran enter the arena. They are always felicitated to provide their rivals with a one-way ticket to perilous pandemonium. Sesshoumaru’s Hell’s Gate submission holds, Shuran’s Canadian backbreaker racks, Inuyasha’s sharpshooters, Hakkaku’s spine-lock takedowns, Ginta’s neck-snap takedowns, Ayame’s ground-and-pounds, and Shunran’s sprawl-and-brawls cause fatal and collateral damage to their opponents. Sesshoumaru from Inuyasha– Mixed Martial Arts with a background in Vale Tudo, Luta Livre, Huka-Huka, Modern Pankration, Pancrase, Combat Sambo, and Catch Wrestling; March 17, 1981; 43 years old Shuran from Inuyasha– Professional Wrestling with a background in Sumo Wrestling, Lutte Traditionelle, Gidigbo, Malla-yuddha, Pehlwani, Boli Khela, and Mongolian Wrestling; March 1, 1982; 42 years old Inuyasha from Inuyasha– Ancient Greek Wrestling with a background in Shoot Wrestling, Kapu Kuialua, Ancient Pankration, Ssireum, Greco-Roman Wrestling, Freestyle Wrestling, and Folkstyle Wrestling; March 9, 1982; 42 years old Hakkaku from Inuyasha– Muay Boran with a background in Lerdrit, Bokator, Muay Lao, Muay Korat, Muay Chaiya, Muay Lopburi, and Muay Thasao; March 22, 1983; 41 years old Ginta from Inuyasha– Lethwei with a background in Bokator, Lerdrit, Muay Lao, Muay Thasao, Muay Lopburi, Muay Korat, and Muay Chaiya; March 29, 1983; 41 years old Ayame from Inuyasha– Xtreme Gladiator Kickboxing with a background in Shooto, Shootfighting, Shoot Boxing, Draka Kickboxing, Kyuk Too Ki, Muay Thai, and Pradal Serey; February 7, 1985; 39 years old Shunran from Inuyasha– Sanda with a background in Dutch Kickboxing, Japanese Kickboxing, American Kickboxing, Wing Chun, Bajiquan, Baguazhang, and Changquan; February 14, 1986; 38 years old   The Stupendously Stellar Septenary (Kurz, Masaru, Tatsuya, Ichise, Kiba, Ran, and Cheza) The stakes in combat and viewer spectatorship shall increase when Kurz Weber, Masaru Aoki, and Tatsuya Kimura exude formidable fortitude; Ichise and Kiba demonstrate lethal determination, and Ran and Cheza exercise focused accuracy to triumph over any competition in the arena. Their rivals will know neither sleep nor peace when these seven formidable combatants give them a piece of their minds. Kurz’s body avalanches, Masaru’s double axe handles, Tatsuya’s flying body scissors, Ichise’s rear-naked chokes, Kiba’s triangle chokes, Ran’s leopard blows, and Cheza’s tiger claw strikes can make their opponents pay a terrible price for underestimating their combat prowess and skills. Kurz Weber from Full Metal Panic– Vale Tudo; April 1, 1982; 42 years old Masaru Aoki from Hajime no Ippo– Luta Livre; September 9, 1982; 42 years old Tatsuya Kimura from Hajime no Ippo– Huka-Huka; October 10, 1982; 42 years old Ichise from Texhnolyze– Shooto; February 11, 1984; 40 years old Kiba from Wolf’s Rain– Shootfighting; November 24, 1984; 40 years old Ran from Texhnolyze– Wing Chun; April 12, 1989; 35 years old Cheza from Wolf’s Rain– Bajiquan; April 22, 1989; 35 years old   The Superbly Sweeping Septet (Mario, Atsunobu, Ryuichi, Hiroto, Kintaro, Ayu, and Nina) Martial arts fanatics and casual viewers combined better prepare themselves when Mario Musicanova and Atsunobu Hayashimizu exhibit their accurate thoroughness; Ryuichi Hayami, Hiroto Amagiwa, and Kintaro Toyama win over the crowd with their charismatic charm, and Ayu and Nina flaunt their peerless physical flexibility. Physically stronger and more skilled rivals would marvel at how superbly their capabilities excel their imaginations. Mario’s European uppercuts, Atsunobu’s elbow smashes, Ryuichi’s elbow drops, Hiroto’s forearm clubs, Kintaro’s guillotine chokes, Ayu’s eagle claw strikes, and Nina’s crane beak strikes make their opponents flee in terror for their lives. These seven musclebound emperor wrestlers also possess earth-shaking roars that make gorillas, lions, and tyrannosaurus rexes blush. Yoshiki’s vertebreakers, Mamoru’s burning hammers, Kuranosuke’s brainbusters, Tsume’s powerbombs, Mitsuhide’s piledrivers, Kisuke’s Canadian destroyers, and Shinosuke’s shooting star presses annihilate their opponents. Yoshiki Takaishi from Shootfighter Tekken– Sumo Wrestling;…
