Raymond’s Intense Training with Inuyasha

This mentor-student meme base originally belongs to KeybladeMagicDan. This is dedicated to those who fancy not only Inuyasha’s and Raymond’s super strong and excellently exceptional crossover brotherhood but also the idea of Inuyasha giving Raymond the hard and intense training in Pankration mixed with Combat Sambo, Judo, Vale Tudo, Kapu Kuialua, Ssireum, Ancient Greek Wrestling, and Ancient Greek Boxing. Sit back, relax, and revel in Inuyasha’s uncompromisingly hard and unmercifully brutal training session that he has in store for his best friend for life/best brother from another mother Raymond. It is common knowledge that Inuyasha’s training methods in Pankration, Combat Sambo, Judo, Vale Tudo, Kapu Kuialua, Ancient Greek Wrestling, and Ancient Greek Boxing can range from being exceedingly tough to unmercifully sadistic. This is thanks to all the hard training he endured with his surrogate grandfather/grandfather-in-law, surrogate father-in-law, and surrogate fathers, The Wolf Elder, Broly, and the wolf Yokai warriors of the North, South, East, and West, since he was 8 years old, which has seen him triumph against bigger and scarier opponents in the bloodiest way possible. In terms of moves, Inuyasha has the double axe handles, hammer fists, rear naked chokeholds, tracheal grip chokes, neck cranks, liver punches, body slams, camel clutches, ankle locks, and rabbit punches to make his opponents fall to their knees in terror. Just the mere thought of Inuyasha unleashing those moves on Ulrich Wernerstein and his bodybuilder goons is enough to make them scared to death. All of what Inuyasha has mastered in Greek and Spartan-style Pankration has made him a formidable warrior. Inuyasha unleashing relentlessly powerful moves from Ancient Greek Pankration, in which some could be still used today while others are currently lost in history, has earned him the monikers of The Nemean Lion of Mount Olympus, The Psycho Blood Bludgeoner, and The Rampaging Muscle God because of how brutally high-impact his attacks are. It is often said that, when opponents attempted to subdue Inuyasha in the arena with their chokeholds and submission holds, he sprang back roaring loudly like the Nemean Lion to deliver a series of brain-crushing punches, nerve-damaging body locks, windpipe-smashing chokes, and his signature neck crack that resounded throughout the arena. Even bigger, more muscular, and stronger opponents are not safe from Inuyasha’s attacks. The sheer fight-until-the-death mindset that Inuyasha always possessed from childhood to adulthood has always been well-established in his moves, given the many occasions that he does not surrender until his opponents are knocked down, bloodied, and cold. This is what spectators always come to see from Inuyasha’s brutality in Pankration. Raymond, being the affably charismatic bodybuilder and gym instructor that he is, has an open mind to see what Inuyasha has mastered as a Pankration warrior and which also earned him the reputation for being a brutally relentless combatant rich in magnificent muscles, super strength, bloody brutality, and formidable ferociousness. This is also given his experience of marveling at Inuyasha’s viscerally body-crushing attacks unleashed against Ulrich and his bodybuilder goons on that snowy December 2004 in the Austrian Alps. Raymond excitedly congratulated Inuyasha for his amazing yet bloody combat performance and asked if he was free to teach him some of the attacks he launched against Ulrich and his bodybuilder goons. Raymond even exposited that, as a gym instructor, he also had clients heavily involved in martial arts such as wrestlers, mixed martial artists, kickboxers, and boxers for daily fitness sessions. Inuyasha even asked Raymond if he was committed to intense sparring sessions, to which he responded with a resounding yes. From that moment on, Raymond was about to be thrown into the deep end. Inuyasha invites Raymond to his Pankration home gym which is surrounded by Ancient Greek artworks of Heracles throttling the Nemean Lion and Theseus giving the Minotaur a neck crank among other heroes who specialize in this Ancient Greek predecessor to Vale Tudo and Mixed Martial Arts combined. Raymond is in total awe of what he is seeing in front of him, as Inuyasha exposits that it is often said that Heracles and Theseus were the mythical founding fathers of Pankration, given the combination of striking and grappling attacks used. Before they can get to actual sparring, Inuyasha and Raymond engage in warmups which involve a whole bunch of weightlifting, circuit training, stretching, and pretend sparring with a dummy made of deer hide. Their workout session has all the works, with deadlifts using very heavy barbells, bench presses with 300-pound barbells, bicep curls, kettlebell lifts, extreme push-ups, abdominal crunches, chin-ups, giving the big punching bag a series of punches and kicks, and providing the huge deer-hide dummy a series of submission holds and chokeholds. That was just for the warmup. Raymond already feels quite numb from the insanely super-charged warmup exercises, but Inuyasha reminds him that this is just the tip of the iceberg because they have to suit up for real sparring. Inuyasha dons his crimson G-string made out of a lion demon’s mane, while Raymond dons his lime-green G-string, which is a skimpier version of the lime-green short shorts that he wore during his bodybuilding pose-down at the stage of the Beverly Hills gym. Both musclemen are bare-chested, barefoot, and ready to rumble. To keep their skin moisturized and dust-free, Inuyasha and Raymond also rub olive oil all over each other’s bodies. Raymond even flexes his bulging muscles for Inuyasha to let him know that he means serious business, while Inuyasha does the same to Raymond, as he also rubs olive oil all over him. They even massage each other to keep their bodies well-conditioned for the blows, strikes, grapples, and takedowns about to occur. If Raymond thought that the warmup was intense, he has not seen anything yet because Inuyasha has a full program prepared for him to make sure that he is up to the task. To see if Raymond is properly conditioned to take on as many viciously visceral strikes and grapples from Inuyasha, he asks him to make his body tense and tight….

Inuyasha and Raymond: Best Muscle Brothers Forever

This “What if Person became Friends” meme originally belongs to MagicalKeyPizzaDan and is dedicated to everybody who entertains the thought of Inuyasha and Raymond being the strongest pair of brothers from other mothers ever. There is also a bit of Inuyasha x Ayame or InuAya and Raymond x Alex or Raylex sprinkled in here, considering that I am the biggest partisan of these two OTPs for life. Sit back, relax, and soak in Inuyasha’s and Raymond’s muscularly virile brand of brotherhood rich in big muscles, crushing throws, abundant respect, and super strong allegiance. Take one powerfully ferocious dog Yokai Pankratiast and one handsomely dreamy bodybuilder/gym instructor and you get a friendship that is built on interpersonal strength, brotherly love, abundant encouragement, and oodles of positive vibes brimming between these two very strong men. Inuyasha’s sheer muscular brutality in his grapples, double axe handles, chokeholds, and submission holds as a Pankration fighter is an exceptional complement to Raymond’s chiseled yet imposing muscle mass in his submission holds, takedowns, body slams, body locks, and joint locks as a bodybuilder who also has some surprising Professional Wrestling skills. Inuyasha and Raymond would challenge each other physically and mentally to the point where they grow stronger as warriors and as men. When they are not attempting to beat each other into submission, they do enjoy the finer and simpler things in life such as reveling in each other’s company. Therefore, Inuyasha always gives Raymond loads of encouragement to improve as a fighter, while Raymond always fills Inuyasha’s days with abundant positivity and smiles galore. Inuyasha and Raymond may be of the same age, given that their birth year is 1982 based on when the former’s anime was first released in 2000 and Totally Spies’s third season was released in 2004. However, Inuyasha was born on April 1, while Raymond was born on October 3. They may be six months apart, but Inuyasha acts like the formidable and encouraging big brother to Raymond’s cheery and optimistic younger brother. Furthermore, Inuyasha’s upbringing with Ayame’s grandfather and the wolf Yokai warriors ever since he was 8 years old, marriage to Ayame when he was 12, being a father to fourteen children from ages 13 to 19, and lengthy experience in Pankration, Ancient Greek Wrestling, Ancient Greek Boxing, Judo, Combat Sambo, Vale Tudo, and Kapu Kuialua make him more mature than Raymond’s relatively normal life as an ebony-haired, tan-skinned all-American bodybuilder, gym instructor, and muscle model who is also married to Alex one of WOOHP’s most energetic spies. Therefore, in video game terms, Inuyasha is the Ryu Hoshi and Kazuya Mishima to Raymond’s Ken Masters and Paul Phoenix. Inuyasha’s and Raymond’s brotherhood was firmly established one snowy December 2004 in the Austrian Alps, which was the place where one of The Splendid Seven’s most legendary martial arts tournaments occurred. 23-year-old Sesshoumaru, 22-year-old Shuran 22-year-old Inuyasha 21-year-old Hakkaku, 21-year-old Ginta, 19-year-old Ayame, and 18-year-old Shunran fought against 45-year-old Ulrich Wernerstein and his four hulking bodybuilder goons. 22-year-old Raymond, who was cured of the Bulky Bars’ life-threatening effects, witnessed how Inuyasha’s Pankration skills were put to use, when he threw rear naked chokeholds, tracheal grip chokes, Superman punches, hammer fists, sleeper holds, hip throws, and Full Nelsons at select goons and Wernerstein himself. Raymond was in awe of Inuyasha’s strength, brutality, ferociousness, and fierceness with his attacks against Ulrich’s bodybuilder goons. When the match was done and The Splendid Seven won, Raymond excitedly congratulated Inuyasha to the point where he wanted to learn all of those moves and incorporate them into his regimen as a gym instructor. Inuyasha being the Ryu and Kazuya to Raymond’s Ken and Paul has a lot to do with their personalities, fighting styles, and combat experience. Inuyasha is a hardened, determined, and brutish champion trained by Ancient Greek combatants, Hawaiian warriors, Russian wrestlers, and the wolf Yokai warriors from the North to the South in Pankration, Ancient Greek Wrestling, Ancient Greek Boxing, Kapu Kuialua, Combat Sambo, Judo, and Ssireum who consistently strengthens himself to be the best warrior he can be. Raymond is a charismatic, easy-going, and affable muscleman working as a gym instructor, professional bodybuilder, and muscle model who also has experience in Greco-Roman wrestling, submission wrestling, weightlifting, and strongman competitions and does his best to play fair. While Inuyasha’s combat experience in Pankration is lengthy, considering that he has been fighting professionally since he was 8 years old, Raymond’s is rather limited, and mostly does submission wrestling in his free time. Inuyasha’s warrior determination and Raymond’s charming affability go together in solidifying their brotherhood. Challenging each other physically is what Inuyasha and Raymond would do to their heart’s content. Whether it is weightlifting, bodybuilding, strongman competitions, or sparring in old-fashioned Ancient Greek Pankration, nothing can knock these two musclemen down from achieving higher goals as combatants and as men. Inuyasha always conditions Raymond to see if his huge muscles can withstand his punishing blows by delivering a barrage of punches to his abdomen and liver while Raymond tries not to wince by standing very still with his fists clenched and breath held for as long as possible. In turn, Raymond always checks to see if Inuyasha’s bulging muscles and brutish fighting prowess can be used as counterattacks against his submission holds. For instance, if Raymond holds Inuyasha in a bone-crushing bear hug, Inuyasha would counter Raymond’s bear hug with a head trauma-inducing double axe handle. When they are not trying to maul each other with their radical wrestling moves, they also enjoy comparing each other’s muscle size, having bodybuilding pose-downs, and posing for Men’s Health magazine. When it comes to being the bedrocks for their wives, Inuyasha and Raymond are the experts in doing so. Raymond would find it astounding that Inuyasha and Ayame got engaged, were married, and started a family while they were still very young. Inuyasha would always assure Raymond that Ayame was always the one person who consistently rooted for him even when the chips were down and is…

Sesshoumaru the Patron Shipper of InuAya

This Character Ships Couple/Pair/Duo Meme originally belongs to TitoMosquito and is dedicated to all the wonderful Inuyasha x Ayame or InuAya shippers, partisans, and loyalists of the world. This is also dedicated to those who believe that Sesshoumaru can make a great wingman for his dear younger brother Inuyasha and his equally dear younger sister-in-law Ayame. Sit back, relax, and revel in Sesshoumaru being the lord-high captain, patron saint, and all-around advocate for Inuyasha’s and Ayame’s unconditional love, boundless support, abundant encouragement, super steamy sexiness, and magnificently mighty strength. The Wolf Elder, may have raised both his granddaughter, Ayame, to be a valiant wolf Yokai warrior with limbs of titanium and his grandson-in-law, Inuyasha, to be a powerful warrior with muscles of steel, thus gaining every wolf Yokai warrior’s approval. Toga the Dog General and InuKimi the Dog Lady may have been supportive of their younger son’s decision to be raised by his grandfather-in-law, The Wolf Elder, as well as be with the person that he has always loved body and soul, Ayame, ever since their relationship flourished from sweet puppy love as little children to a more serious relationship as tweens to true intimacy as teenagers to purely conjugal love as adults to this day. While the Wolf Elder, Toga, and InuKimi have always been supportive of Inuyasha’s and Ayame’s conjugal relationship, one individual stands above the rest. He is none other than Sesshoumaru. He may be a noble dog Yokai warrior never to be messed with, but he is incredibly supportive of Inuyasha’s and Ayame’s unconditionally loving relationship and will always do his best to ensure respect, allegiance, love, and duty remain in their household. Ever since Sesshoumaru was 4 years old, he saw how 3-year-old Inuyasha and baby Ayame were playing together. Every time little Inuyasha tickled baby Ayame, she would coo and laugh with glee. By the time Inuyasha was 7 and Ayame was 4, 8-year-old Sesshoumaru also did his part in congratulating his younger brother for rescuing Ayame from the Birds of Paradise’s clutches. It was also through the sparring sessions he and Inuyasha had in Combat Sambo, Luta Livre, Judo, Jujitsu, Vale Tudo, Pankration, and Mixed Martial Arts from childhood to adolescence that Sesshoumaru saw a lot of potential in Inuyasha to grow up to be a powerful warrior worthy of Ayame’s unconditional love. As for Sesshoumaru’s treatment of Ayame going from young childhood to early pre-adolescence, Toga and InuKimi might have initially believed that, if Inuyasha’s and Ayame’s engagement did not work, Sesshoumaru would end up being the ideal candidate for Ayame’s hand in marriage. However, he had always treated Ayame with respect and decorum but knew full well that she was happier with Inuyasha because she could be herself with him. Inuyasha’s time with the Wolf Elder and his fellow tribesmen did see him grow from a rowdily rambunctious 8-year-old boy to a handsomely toned, athletic, and strong-bodied 12-year-old pre-teen champion in Pankration, Ancient Greek Wrestling, and Ancient Greek Boxing who was the apple of every young she-wolf Yokai’s eyes. Nevertheless, his heart always belonged to Ayame and was fiercely loyal to her, considering how he would go out of his way to use his full dog Yokai powers to place Ayame’s enemies into painful submission. From age 9 to age 13, Sesshoumaru realized how stronger and more muscular Inuyasha was becoming, compared to Sesshoumaru’s lean yet well-built frame. Inuyasha may have grown buffer and stronger, but he always sought advice from Sesshoumaru on how to win over Ayame more often. The best advice Sesshoumaru always gave was for Inuyasha to be himself and always treat Ayame with respect, loyalty, kindness, and perseverance. He would even conclude his advice by saying that Inuyasha should never give up on Ayame in good times and in bad and take great care of her. Ayame also went from being a sweetly inquisitive 5-year-old girl to a quick-footed, speedy, and tough 9-year-old aspiring prizefighter in Kyuk Too Ki, Dutch Kickboxing, and Muay Thai who was always rooting for Inuyasha to win every fight against bigger, stronger, and more skilled opponents and scarier demons who constantly ravaged the wolf Yokai tribes. Moreover, Ayame has also found herself in Kickboxing, Boxing, and Muay Thai matches at a young age, thus triumphing in them as well as constantly having Inuyasha cheer for her. Every time Ayame saw Inuyasha grow from being a rambunctious boy to a handsome pre-teen warrior, her heart constantly melted and almost did not know the right words to say to him. Fortunately for her, she also sought Sesshoumaru’s advice on how to do her part in not only winning over Inuyasha but also staying by his side as his girlfriend, fiancée, and, eventually, his wife. He always reminded her that he was proud of Inuyasha for being with someone as genuine and true as Ayame. Furthermore, he always told her to be herself, champion Inuyasha, and take great care of him. Sesshoumaru’s advice appeared to have worked on Inuyasha and Ayame because springtime was the best season for them to get married. By the time Inuyasha was 12 and Ayame was 9, they decided to get married, to which both were overjoyed with this decision. 13-year-old Sesshoumaru could not have been prouder of his younger brother and his younger sister-in-law because he was also Inuyasha’s best man. He also made arrangements for 12-year-old Shuran to be the ringbearer, 11-year-olds Hakkaku and Ginta to be the men of honor, and 8-year-old Shunran to be the flower maiden. Inuyasha’s and Ayame’s wedding took place in the Northern Yoro Tribe’s cave, with the Wolf Elder blessing the matrimony of his surrogate grandson and his granddaughter. Sesshoumaru additionally concocted a speech saying how proud he was of his brother and sister-in-law for finding unconditional love through each other. He also made it his duty to defend Inuyasha and Ayame from harm, champion their unconditionally loving relationship, and wish the best for their children. No doubt was Sesshoumaru happy to…

Inuyasha and Ayame: Battle Couple Extraordinaire

This Battle Couple Meme originally belongs to JasonPictures and is dedicated to all the wonderful Inuyasha x Ayame or InuAya shippers, partisans, and loyalists of the world. Sit back, relax, and revel in the epic awesomeness that Inuyasha’s super muscular strength and Ayame’s mega-furious limbs have to offer as a mighty battle couple ready to demolish their opponents. I have always heard fans of certain canon pairings for Inuyasha crying over the clamor that he never has feelings for Ayame, Ayame only has feelings for a certain loser wolf Yokai warrior who was all talk but no action, and they barely know each other in the show. I have this to say. Hold your tongues and get out of my lecture hall because I play by my rules, I have my AU headcanon to enjoy, and no fantard, no canon Nazi, no self-loathing Alpha Male wannabe, and no idiot whiner is going to change that. I have been dealing with this rubbish of fun-sucking canon Nazis and self-loathing losers who are devotees of the canon pairings Inuyasha and Ayame had for what seems like forever, and I remain unfazed by them because they should know where the door to the exit sign is. Nevertheless, I still want to have a good time with my most beloved OTP of all time, InuAya, for I have been cultivating fun and exciting ideas for this power couple. For those of you who can maintain an open mind and are not fun-sucking canon Nazis as certain people have been, please stay here as much as you can and listen as best as you can. To say that I have made it no secret that I am an InuAya devotee is a mere understatement. I adulate and love my OTP for life because of the possibilities Inuyasha and Ayame have to thrive as a mightily powerful battle couple extraordinaire who can thrash bigger, stronger, fiercer opponents with everything they got. Inuyasha’s sheer brutality in his super strength, magnificent muscle power, and beastly brawn are perfect complements to Ayame’s stealthy combat prowess in her furious fists, fleet feet, and quicksilver speed. My AU headcanon has made it abundantly clear that Inuyasha is the right man for the job to be both Ayame’s husband as well as a strong leader and warrior for the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Yoro or wolf demon tribes. Unlike a certain insignificant wolf turd who was all machismo and no moxie, Inuyasha would be the super strong and magnificently muscular Alpha Male that he is made to be for Ayame. Moreover, unlike a certain shrew who controls with an accursed shock collar, Ayame would be respectful to her husband and fierce for herself. Inuyasha and Ayame are truly unbreakable forces. For those of you who are new to what my AU headcanon revolving around Inuyasha and Ayame is about here it goes. Inuyasha’s and Ayame’s loving relationships commenced in their infancy, with the newborn Ayame playing with 3-year-old Inuyasha while The Wolf Elder, Toga the Dog General, and InuKimi adored how happy the two of them were when playing with each other. Even 4-year-old Sesshoumaru thought that Inuyasha and Ayame were adorable together, which was a sign of things to come, given that The Wolf Elder, Toga, and InuKimi thought it was great for Inuyasha and Ayame to be betrothed. Four years later, 7-year-old Inuyasha saved 4-year-old Ayame from the Birds of Paradise’s attacks by punching, grappling, kicking, biting, and clawing at them, thus making little Ayame overjoyed to have her future husband save her. This even motivated young Inuyasha to live with Ayame’s tribe, be raised by her grandfather, and be trained by the warriors of the Wolf Yokai warrior tribes. For one still very young such as Inuyasha, he grew stronger and fiercer when he trained with Ayame’s grandfather and his warriors. Time passed on. Inuyasha grew from a rowdy young boy of 8 years old to a handsomely tall youth of 11 years old who was starting to develop in muscle as well as fully embracing his full Alpha Male dog Yokai warrior blood and instincts, thanks to all the intense training he underwent with the wolf Yokai warriors and the visiting Greek Pankratiasts, wrestlers, and boxers who were twice as massive as the wolf Yokai warriors and young Inuyasha combined. Inuyasha was not afraid to land some severe blows, takedowns, grapples, and submission holds because he showed grit and determination as a warrior. As for Ayame, she grew from an inquisitive young girl of 5 years old to a lovely yet fierce young lady of 8 years old who was becoming quicker, stronger, and stealthier with her punches, kicks, and strikes, thanks to how she also went through the same amount of training Inuyasha endured and fighting against Korea’s and Thailand’s best boxers, Muay Thai practitioners, Taekwondo fighters, and Hapkido warriors, thus being just as confident and determined as her future husband was. Inuyasha and Ayame definitely grew in strength. By the time Inuyasha was 12 and Ayame was 9, they were engaged, and their inseparability was further solidified. Ayame always knew in her heart no other boy or young man could ever be equaled to Inuyasha because of his physical strength and undying loyalty. Inuyasha always made it his duty to fight by Ayame’s side and be the strong, protective fiancé he ought to be. One spring day, Inuyasha asked Ayame if she wanted to marry him, to which Ayame said a hugely resounding yes and kissed him as joyously as possible. The Wolf Elder blessed 12-year-old Inuyasha’s and 9-year-old Ayame’s wedding with fortitude, courage, and perseverance as well as a powerful family. Additionally, Ayame, despite being really young, wanted to have a family with Inuyasha, to which he also said yes. Inuyasha turned 13 and Ayame turned 10 and ended up going through their respective rites of passage. 13-year-old Inuyasha attained the legendary Goraishi, while 10-year-old Ayame took on the Birds of Paradise to obtain…

Ayame the Formidable Kyuk Too Ki Prizefighter

This piece of Ayame fanart, which is my fifteenth submission for this year’s 30 Days of InuAya Month last April, is dedicated to all of the wonderful Inuyasha x Ayame shippers worldwide as well as all the Ayame fans of the world. Sit back, relax, and soak in Ayame’s unbridled formidability as one of the most brutal Kyuk Too Ki or Korean Kickboxing fighters that the world has ever seen. Making her entrance into the kickboxing ring clad in a red tank top, red shorts, red boxing gloves, and red leg guards is Ayame. Ayame’s all-red attire is the result of Inuyasha giving her his legendary Robe of the Fire Rat to her as an engagement gift when they were very young children. 8-year-old Ayame was so touched by 11-year-old Inuyasha’s engagement gift that she kissed him so hard on his cheek that he became as red as a tomato. A year later, at just nine years old, she was even introduced to several combatants from North Korea, South Korea, Thailand, and the Netherlands who made her ingrained in the world of Taekwondo, Hapkido, Muay Korat, Muay Chaiya, Muay Lopburi, Muay Thasao, and Dutch Kickboxing. These were the same styles that she adapted to her combat repertoire through her intense training with Chun-Li, Cammy White, Sakura Kasugano, Blair Dame, Hokuto, Nina Williams, and Jun Kazama. Even as 10-year-old Ayame was already happily married to 13-year-old Inuyasha and had their first set of children together in the form of triplet sons, she continued to thrive as a kickboxer and as a person. Every punch, kick, elbow strike, knee strike, shin kick, clinch, and takedown Ayame committed herself to against stronger, more skilled, and more humongous opponents, she became a more formidable force inside and outside the ring. Ayame always has her dearest husband Inuyasha to thank not for only the martial arts attire made of his Robe of the Fire Rat which he wore as a child, as well as the demon ox hide used for her boxing gloves, but also for being her greatest encourager and for being one of the strongest sparring partners she has ever fought against. Therefore, she can attest that Inuyasha is the most loyal, most dedicated, most lovable, and most virile husband Ayame could ever ask for. It also says something that Ayame always looks very good in red, which she always has Inuyasha to be eternally thankful for. With that said, let us be reacquainted with this fearlessly formidable wolf yokai Kyuk Too Ki prizefighter as part of my individual InuAya martial arts family profiles. Best Power Rangers for each Splendid Seven Member

Greetings, Splendid Seven devotees, martial arts aficionados, fighting video game fans, and admirers of all things Super Sentai and Power Rangers. Antoni here with another written entry focusing on Sesshoumaru, Shuran, Inuyasha, Hakkaku, Ginta, Ayame, and Shunran specializing in the martial arts they do. Now, we have come to the moment in which Saban-era Power Ranger fits each Splendid Seven member in terms of sparring. Some of these choices may surprise you, while others are selections that you know fit specific Splendid Seven members, given the many times I have posted about the Mighty Morphin Inurangers.   Outside my Inurangers headcanon, I also composed seven-person dream teams that consist of the Saban-era Power Rangers from 1993 to 2002. One of the most prominent dream teams I have been composing thus far is the Military Squadron Power Rangers consisting of Tommy Oliver the White Tigerzord Ranger, Jason Lee Scott the Black Gold Ranger, Eric Myers the Red Quantum Ranger, Rocky DeSantos the Blue Zeo Ranger, Adam Park the Green Zeo Ranger, Taylor Earhardt the Yellow Eagle Wild Force Ranger, and Jen Scotts the Pink Time Force Ranger. This is a Power Rangers dream team that I have been enjoying so much.   Where am I going with this? If it were not already clear, I have appointed the Military Squadron Power Rangers as the number one sparring partners for the Splendid Seven. Aside from sparring alone, they also make the closest sets of friends, comrades, and siblings from other parents who can have certain traits and activities in common. Therefore, I have hit the jackpot in terms of finding which Power Ranger is the best fit for each Yokai martial artist. With that said, let us get ready to rumble with these Power Ranger-Yokai martial artist platonic pairings and sparring match-ups. Osu! Hajime!   Tommy Oliver and Sesshoumaru: The Icy Emperors of the Octagon (Mixed Martial Arts) Suiting up in their silver-white MMA shorts and silver MMA gloves to deliver fatal blows to each other in the octagonal cage are Tommy and Sesshoumaru, who are legendary mixed martial artists. Once they enter the cage, a deadly chill would surround the two powerful fighters who are ready to obliterate each other. Tommy’s speed and strength perfectly complement Sesshoumaru’s stealth and deadliness because they know how to deliver ruthless attacks with accurate timing and demanding power. Every time that Tommy delivers a double leg takedown, a kneebar, and a Kimura to Sesshoumaru, Sesshoumaru counters them with a sprawl and brawl, a series of ground and pounds, an armbar, and an ankle lock to finish the match. Given how Tommy has always witnessed how Sesshoumaru is as a mixed martial artist, he would always encourage him to never go easy on his opponents in every martial arts tournament he is in. What defines both Tommy and Sesshoumaru is respect, discipline, honor, and integrity as martial artists and as men of honor. Mixed Martial Arts may be important to Tommy and Sesshoumaru, but they also love drinking matcha and herbal tea, circuit training, meditative forest walks, and fine Asian fusion pescatarian cuisine.   Jason Lee Scott and Shuran: The Fiery Executioners of the Ring (Professional Wrestling) Pairing Jason with Shuran may seem suicidal in terms of their massive size difference, but this works surprisingly well. Jason has always faced bigger and stronger opponents with courage and determination. In turn, Shuran has consistently respected Jason because of his fearless drive and strong will. When Jason in black wrestling trunks and Shuran in green wrestling trunks enter the ring, they would surprise each other in electrifying ways. Jason may give Shuran a host of body slams, Boston crabs, and camel clutches. However, Shuran can strike back at Jason with a vengeance, thanks to his piledrivers, bearhugs, German suplexes, and submission holds. Nevertheless, Jason has enough strength to always encourage Shuran to always give it his all when he faces off against bigger opponents, monsters, and demons and use his brute strength as well as pulverizing pro-wrestling moves responsibly. Jason would never allow anybody to bully Shuran because of his size, while Shuran makes it his main goal to protect Jason from harm and fight by his side. Outside the pro wrestling ring, Jason and Shuran enjoy drinking yak’s, buffalo’s, and bison’s milk; intense powerlifting, mountain-climbing, and a high-protein, carb-free, sugar-free cuisine.   Eric Myers and Inuyasha: The Bludgeoning Sons of Heracles and Theseus (Pankration) Forget the restrictions. Forget holding back. Because Eric and Inuyasha are ready to engage in a bloody, brutal, visceral, and vicious match with their toned bodies all drenched in olive oil. They would find themselves situated in the Athenian arena hosted by Heracles and Theseus themselves. Eric may don a red loincloth to accentuate his lean musculature, but Inuyasha would not mind covering his private part in only a protective cup made out of a demon lion’s crimson mane to capitalize on his bulging muscles. With Heracles’s strength and Theseus’s combat prowess, Eric and Inuyasha would ferociously charge at each other like the Nemean Lion and the Minotaur. Eric would deliver Superman punches, hammer fists, and heel hooks. Inuyasha would counterattack Eric with double axe handles, tracheal grip chokes, rear naked chokes, and guillotine chokes. Eric always encourages Inuyasha to show no mercy in beating his opponents to a pulp while doing these battles for the Olympian gods. When Eric and Inuyasha are not bludgeoning each other to death, they love each other like brothers. They enjoy drinking Kykeon, goat’s milk, and diluted wine with honey; partaking in extreme strongman competitions, weightlifting, and dining on Mediterranean Greek cuisine.   Rocky DeSantos and Hakkaku: The Crashing Crocodiles of Nine Limbs (Muay Boran) Leaving stronger opponents all black and blue, bruised, and battered is the name of the game once Rocky in blue and Hakkaku in black don their shorts, wrap their hands in hemp rope, and step into the Thai palace arena in Bangkok. Royalty would indubitably hail Rocky and Hakkaku as the finest…

The Splendid Seven’s Best Power Ranger Sparrers

Greetings, Splendid Seven devotees, martial arts aficionados, fighting video game fans, and admirers of all things Super Sentai and Power Rangers. Antoni here with another written entry focusing on Sesshoumaru, Shuran, Inuyasha, Hakkaku, Ginta, Ayame, and Shunran specializing in the martial arts they do. I definitely enjoyed doing my first Power Ranger sparring partners for The Splendid Seven entry because of the possibilities presented for each Yokai martial artist with attitude to spar with the various Power Rangers suited for them. Now, the focus has become narrower and more specific for group-ups between each Splendid Seven member and three or four Power Ranger sparring partners. This means three Power Ranger sparring partners for Sesshoumaru and Shuran as well as four Power Ranger sparring partners for Inuyasha, Hakkaku, Ginta, Ayame, and Shunran. Why three for Sesshoumaru and Shuran plus four for Inuyasha, Hakkaku, Ginta, Ayame, and Shunran? Because, if you have been tuning into my Mighty Morphin Inurangers AU headcanon, you will automatically understand that Sesshoumaru and Shuran fit the bill as white/silver and black/titanium rangers, with Shuran being the Green Dragonzord Ranger, while Inuyasha, Hakkaku, Ginta, Ayame, and Shunran represent the five main ranger colors of red, black/blue, blue/green, yellow, and pink respectively.   There are going to be the usual ranger suspects such as Tommy Oliver, Jason Lee Scott, Zack Taylor, Billy Cranston, Rocky DeSantos, and Adam Park. In Tommy’s and Jason’s case, they will not end up donning their Red Ranger attires here, for they will respectively don their White Tigerzord Ranger and Black Gold Ranger attires. I say this because both Tommy and Jason can do very well as sixth/extra rangers aside from being leaders. As for Rocky, I have always argued that he was much better as the Blue Ranger than as the Red Ranger. Adam has always been suitable as both the Black and Green Rangers, although he is the Green Zeo Ranger here. The surprise here is enlisting Eric Myers as a Red Ranger not just because of his attire but also because of his leadership experience with the Silver Guardians, which makes him a good candidate for being one of the best Red Rangers of all time, despite being a sixth/extra Ranger. Therefore, the choices for Sesshoumaru, Shuran, Inuyasha, Hakkaku, Ginta, Ayame, and Shunran are more streamlined and focused rather than just having the usual suspects. With that said, let us begin.   Sesshoumaru with Tommy Oliver, Zhane, and Merrick Baliton (Mixed Martial Arts) The octagonal cage is experiencing a deathly chill when Sesshoumaru steps into it to do some training with Tommy, Zhane, and Merrick. Every ground and pound, armbar, sprawl and brawl, and Kimura thrown at each other is enough to make them bleed profusely like waterfalls. UFC and Pride FC know that they are in good hands when Tommy, Zhane, and Merrick proudly endorse Sesshoumaru as the fiercest fighter they have ever combated with. Tommy, Zhane, Merrick, and Sesshoumaru also maintain decorum, discipline, respect, and honor toward each other, especially when they drink matcha after a long day of sparring.   Shuran with Jason Lee Scott, Mike Corbett, and Ryan Mitchell (Professional Wrestling) Just because Jason, Mike, and Ryan are chiefly collegiate wrestlers does not mean they cannot take down Shuran the all-star pro wrestler in the ring. In fact, brute strength, raw power, camaraderie, and tenacity are the names of the games whenever Shuran has his wrestling matches with them. These are clear in the bone-crushing piledrivers, German suplexes, powerslams, and bearhugs employed by each other. WWE and TNA can vouch for what Jason, Mike, and Ryan describe Shuran as a powerful wrestler. Outside the ring, they enjoy drinking big jugs of refreshing yak’s milk to fortify their bodies for the next few rounds.   Inuyasha with Eric Myers, Leo Corbett, Alex Drake, and Wes Collins (Pankration) Heracles and Theseus have bestowed an indubitably formidable brotherhood upon Eric, Leo, Alex, Wes, and Inuyasha thanks to their super strength, resilience, determination, and fierceness. No Nemean Lion and no Minotaur in the arena can obliterate these Pankratiasts because they have the tracheal grip chokes, double axe handles, camel clutches, and hammer fists to subdue them. Even Inuyasha can give Eric, Leo, Alex, and Wes brutal beatings that would leave them numb, bruised, and bloodied. When not squeezing and beating the life out of each other, they love to drink Kykeon as a sign of gratitude for Heracles and Theseus.   Hakkaku with Rocky DeSantos, Zack Taylor, Kai Chen, and Chad Lee (Muay Boran) The lush Thai jungles can never be tamed, for they are the perfect breeding ground for toughening determined warriors such as Rocky, Zack, Kai, Chad, and Hakkaku. It is through their toughness, passion, relentlessness, and dedication that they are able to survive even the direst of natural conditions. Backed up by their elbow slashes, flying knees, knee bombs, and headbutts, they can give several stronger and more skilled opponents plus each other the beatings of a lifetime. Aside from ensuring that their limbs and head are in mint condition, they replenish their bodies by drinking coconut water straight from the source.   Ginta with Adam Park, Billy Cranston, Damon Henderson, and Joel Rawlings (Lethwei) The hot Burmese sandpits are always drenched in sweat and blood, given how they are made home to Adam, Billy, Damon, Joel, and Ginta. They are also defined by charisma, quickness, perseverance, and zealousness to achieve their goals as best as they can. All these attributes are supported by their push kicks, headbutts, flying knees, and backfists which are useful for bringing bigger opponents to their knees and paralyzing them. Nobody can ever knock these combatants down because they have the limbs of steel to prove it. Thrashing opponents aside, they keep their bodies refreshed by drinking Toddy juice mixed with Spirulina.   Ayame with Taylor Earhardt, Maya, Katie Walker, and Ashley Hammond (Kyuk Too Ki) When speed, power, balance, and timing unite and are engendered in fists and feet of fury, it can…

The Splendid Seven’s Power Ranger Sparring Buddies

Greetings, Splendid Seven devotees, martial arts aficionados, fighting video game fans, and admirers of all things Super Sentai and Power Rangers. Antoni here with another written entry focusing on Sesshoumaru, Shuran, Inuyasha, Hakkaku, Ginta, Ayame, and Shunran specializing in the martial arts they do. The Power Rangers fan in me always believes that there is select Power Rangers who are appropriate best friends and sparring partners for Sesshoumaru, Shuran, Inuyasha, Hakkaku, Ginta, Ayame, and Shunran to fight with, encourage them, and just be the best people they are in their lives as martial artists and as people. Therefore, I have mainly chosen the Saban-Era of Power Rangers from Mighty Morphin to Wild Force to act as The Splendid Seven’s sparring partners, best friends, and encouragers of the martial arts they do. As this has been a passion project of mine for several months, I figure that there are more Power Rangers suitable to be Sesshoumaru’s, Shuran’s, Inuyasha’s, Hakkaku’s, Ginta’s, Ayame’s, and Shunran’s best friends for life aside from their obvious Mighty Morphin counterparts, i.e., Tommy and Jason being Inuyasha’s best brothers for life as well as his main source of inspiration for being the Red Tyrannosaurus Inuranger and leader of his team. Thus, it is time to unleash the power for the rangers to champion every endeavor that The Splendid Seven find themselves in. Without further ado, let’s get started. It’s morphin’ time! Shift into Turbo! Let’s rocket! Go Galactic! Lightspeed Rescue! Time for Time Force! Quantum Power! Wild Access! Sesshoumaru and the Shining Emperors of the Cages (Mixed Martial Arts) Zhane, Merrick Baliton, and Sesshoumaru make a truly formidable trio of mixed martial artists who can strike terror on any paean who dares to challenge them. Unlike the UFC’s predominantly frat-bro, dude-bro mindset, Sesshoumaru and his two best friends who happen to be Silver Power Rangers live in discipline, honor, self-respect, and dignity. There are neither wild parties nor puerile pranks that these gentlemen find themselves doing, for regimented training, physical conditioning, mental meditation, and drinking tea after every sparring match are their rituals. Zhane considers Sesshoumaru to be one of the most valiant warriors to ever dominate the cage and always advises him on how to perform his takedowns more effectively. Merrick is grateful to have Sesshoumaru as his sparring buddy for life because they enjoy delivering deadly attacks, with his signature ground and pounds, sprawl and brawls, armbars, double leg takedowns, ankle locks, knee bars, and Kimuras being weapons of mass destruction. As a disciplined martial artist, Sesshoumaru is happy to have companions such as Zhane and Merrick, for they can find common ground in the things they enjoy most whether in Mixed Martial Arts or simpler moments like drinking tea in their dojo. Shuran and the Brutish Kings of the Rings (Professional Wrestling) Mike Corbett the black-clad Magna Defender and Ryan Mitchell the glowing Titanium Ranger may dwarf in stark comparison to Shuran’s massive size as a pro wrestler, but their coaching styles can motivate him to balance brute strength with tactfulness when making his opponents surrender. Mike and Ryan always encourage Shuran to remain open to every wrestling style, not just the American, British, Mexican, and Japanese styles that they have come to become familiar with, but also with international styles from Mongolia, Turkey, and India to attempt every submission hold, powerslam, bearhug, piledriver, Boston Crab, Full Nelson, and German suplex available. Outside the moves that Shuran practices with Mike and Ryan, they live by the codes of perseverance and being open to every challenge that is dished out to them and avoid any backstage politics usually omnipresent in Professional Wrestling. Mike always sees to it that Shuran does not always act impulsively when launching attacks, while Ryan ensures that Shuran combines technique with brute strength well. Shuran is grateful and happy to have two stout-hearted and valiant fighters like Mike and Ryan as his best friends because they can see beyond his brutishness and see a loyal soul underneath. Inuyasha and the Red Nemean Lions of the Olympic Arenas (Pankration) Inuyasha is one fortunate warrior to have intensely bloody ten-man Pankration sparring sessions with his best brothers forever Eric Myers, Leo Corbett, Tommy Oliver, Jason Lee Scott, Alex Drake, Wes Collins, TJ Johnson, Andros, Carter Grayson and Cole Evans, thus busking in Heracles’s and Theseus’s glory and might. Eric, Leo, Tommy, Jason, Alex, Wes, TJ, Andros, Carter, and Cole constantly champion Inuyasha’s muscular power as a Pankration champion and do everything in their power to encourage him to aim for Olympus. Inuyasha admires Eric’s fortitude, Leo’s strength, Tommy’s fighting prowess, Jason’s toughness, Alex’s military will, Wes’s heroism, TJ’s charisma, Andros’s focus, Carter’s determination, and Cole’s heart. Out of all the ten Red Rangers, Inuyasha is especially close to Eric, Leo, Tommy, Jason, Alex, and Wes because he enjoys his intense workouts with them and the many tracheal grip chokes, rear naked chokes, guillotine chokes, heel hooks, hammer fists, double axe handles, and Superman punches that they can employ on each other. Eric and Leo are just as impressed with Inuyasha’s strength and encourage him to be the strong husband he can be for Ayame, given that Eric and Taylor as well as Leo and Maya are also husband and wife. Hakkaku and the Black and Blue Bruisers of the Palace Grounds (Muay Boran) Black and blue may be the colors of the bruises that Muay Boran fighters receive when dealing with such visceral beatings, but they are also the colors of the attire Hakkaku’s brothers from other mothers wear as Black and Blue Power Rangers. Zack Taylor, Carlos Vallerte, Trey of Triforia, and Danny Delgado as Power Rangers donning black are honored to be as steadfast as a brother to Hakkaku, while Rocky DeSantos, Chad Lee, and Lucas Kendall as Power Rangers donning blue consider their loyalty to Hakkaku as unparalleled as ever. Zack and Rocky revel in Hakkaku’s head, shins, knees, and elbows of steel because of how they can be able to…

My Five-Year DeviantArt Anniversary Art Summary

Happy Fifth-Year DeviantArt Anniversary to me, everybody, it’s your old pal Antoni here feeling elated as ever to have spent five years on DeviantArt. Let the gratitude and the love commence because I am abundant of these for all of you who have kept up with me for the past five years that I have been here on DeviantArt. I know I have been slower this year pumping out more InuAya month content, which the nineteen remaining submissions will be released most likely next week and this coming May. Nevertheless, I want to use my Fifth-Year DeviantArt Anniversary Art Summary as an honorary InuAya month submission, especially since I will turn 31 years old next week, thus having me collect thirty-one art pieces that resonate with me and bearing a common theme which is my Splendid Seven AU headcanon with special focus on Inuyasha x Ayame as my OTP for life. Although I specialize in my Splendid Seven AU Headcanon consisting of not only Inuyasha and Ayame but also Sesshoumaru, Shuran, Hakkaku, Ginta, and Shunran whether in terms of them as the Mighty Morphin Inurangers or participants in the world’s most prominent martial arts tournaments, the cornerstone of my AU headcanon has always been the strong romantic relationship between Inuyasha and Ayame who are the definition of an unbreakable power couple. Sesshoumaru’s and Shuran’s formidability as a platonic duo of comrades may be astounding, considering Sesshoumaru’s lethalness as a Mixed Martial Artist and Shuran’s raw power as a Professional Wrestler. Sesshoumaru’s and Inuyasha’s brotherhood may be legendary, with Sesshoumaru the Mixed Martial Artist being the Ryu to Inuyasha the Pankratiast’s Ken as a duo of powerful dog Yokai brothers. Shuran’s, Hakkaku’s, and Ginta’s brotherhood may be grand, especially since Shuran’s bravado in Professional Wrestling serves as a compliment to Hakkaku’s durability in Muay Boran and Ginta’s perseverance in Lethwei. Inuyasha’s, Hakkaku’s, and Ginta’s unbreakable friendship as a trio of best buddies for life may be phenomenal, thus bringing Inuyasha’s strength in Pankration, Hakkaku’s stealth in Muay Boran, and Ginta’s stamina in Lethwei. Ayame’s and Shunran’s sisterhood may be outstanding, given Ayame’s power in Kyuk Too Ki and Shunran’s precision in Shaolin Kung Fu propelling their strikes to be lethally painful. Hakkaku and Ginta may have a beautiful romantic relationship with Shunran while jettisoning Hakkaku’s and Ginta’s skills in Muay Boran and Lethwei to work fabulously with Shunran’s skills in Shaolin Kung Fu. However, Inuyasha’s and Ayame’s undeniably formidable and beautifully unparalleled romantic dynamic as a power couple remains the gold-medal standard in my eyes. Overlooking Inuyasha’s mighty muscles in Pankration and Ayame’s furious fists in Kyuk Too Ki, they brim with unconditional love, noble allegiance, and immeasurable respect for each other. Inuyasha’s and Ayame’s might and power as husband and wife are the glue that holds The Splendid Seven together whether in competition against stronger opponents or standing together as a united family. Inuyasha’s and Ayame’s exceptionally romantic dynamics as a husband-and-wife duo transfer nicely to their family dynamics as father and mother to their fourteen children, consisting of seven strong sons and seven fierce daughters. Inuyasha’s muscular virility as a champion Pankratiast with a bodybuilder’s musculature, the Nemean Lion’s ferociousness, Heracles’s strength, and Theseus’s manliness and Ayame’s lethal fierceness as a prizefighter Kyuk Too Ki warrior with a lean musculature, a boxer’s furious fists, a Nak Muay’s devastating limbs, and a Taekwondo practitioner’s unabashed speed are the hallmarks that have solidified Inuyasha and Ayame to be the mighty power couple they have been for twenty-eight years. Those hallmarks are also evident in their children, with their sons being as strong, muscular, and handsome as their father and their daughters being as fierce, determined, and fearless as their mother. With 41-year-old Inuyasha being the strong and muscular Alpha Male king of the family and 38-year-old Ayame being the fearlessly courageous and physically formidable warrior queen of the family, they have certainly raised their children to be the best fighters and individuals they can be. 28-year-olds Masataka, Masaya, and Masaru are the handsome muscle triplet sons specializing in Combat Sambo who display virility, toughness, determination, and valiance in the face of battle while looking dashing in doing so. 27-year-olds Kenta and Keita are the manly muscle twin sons specializing in Kapu Kuialua who love to flaunt their bulging muscles to everybody who fancies them and love to give their enemies a good throttle to the nines. 26-year-olds Kazuhiko and Kaito are the dashing muscle twin sons specializing in Luta Livre Esportiva who combine muscular virility with valiant courage to overcome any obstacle they find themselves in. 25-year-old Kiriko is the tomboyish Amazon warrior daughter specializing in Shoot Boxing who is the paradigm of determination and perseverance in all of her endeavors as a fighter and as a woman. 24-year-olds Momoko, Makoto, and Mikoto are the rowdy prizefighter triplet daughters specializing in Dutch Kickboxing who capture the essence of fighting spirits with all of their bodies, minds, and souls. 23-year-olds Maya and Minako are the rough and tumble fighter twin daughters who represent fearlessness and fierceness in every challenge they encounter. 22-year-old Meika is the tough cookie combatant daughter who despises remaining idle and always works hard on her skills as a fighter and encounters all of her endeavors with openness and high interest. With Inuyasha’s, Ayame’s, and their children’s strengths combined, they define what it is like to be a strong family through thick and thin. As I am about to approach 31 years old, my only resolve is to never give up my love for Inuyasha and Ayame as a mighty power couple as well as their equally mighty family because the passion I have for my number one romantic pairing for life and the family that I created for them can never be stopped. The same can be said about Sesshoumaru, Shuran, Inuyasha, Hakkaku, Ginta, Ayame, and Shunran as a septet of powerful Yokai martial artists specializing in different fighting styles. There is never a day that I want…

The Splendid Seven’s Martial Arts Mentors

Greetings, Splendid Seven devotees, martial arts aficionados, and fighting video game fans. Antoni here with another written entry focusing on Sesshoumaru, Shuran, Inuyasha, Hakkaku, Ginta, Ayame, and Shunran specializing in the martial arts they do. Now that I have discussed their grandfather and parental figures, it is time to place my focus on the martial arts mentors who I thoroughly believe are appropriate for Sesshoumaru, Shuran, Inuyasha, Hakkaku, Ginta, Ayame, and Shunran. Furthermore, they have also played integral roles in growing as martial artists and as people, thus being of great assistance to The Wolf Elder, Raditz, Olibu, Broly, Toga, InuKimi, and Izayoi in raising their seven powerful progenies. Who better to be powerful mentors to seven powerful Yokai martial artists such as Sesshoumaru, Shuran, Inuyasha, Hakkaku, Ginta, Ayame, and Shunran than specific characters in the Street Fighter and Tekken franchises, the two fighting video game franchises that I have always loved ever since I was a little child.   Out of all the video game franchises I have chosen for Sesshoumaru, Shuran, Inuyasha, Hakkaku, Ginta, Ayame, and Shunran, why have I chosen specific characters from Street Fighter and Tekken? Because I grew up with these franchises the most more than Virtua Fighter and King of Fighters combined, and I have enjoyed certain adaptations from these two video game installments. From an artistic and narrative standpoint, I have always leaned towards Street Fighter the Animated Series, Street Fighter II V, and Street Fighter the Animated Movie, although the former is enjoyable for admittedly silly and fun reasons. Where Tekken is concerned, I would rather stick with the video games. At least Tekken: Blood Vengeance, given the few clips I enjoyed from it, was fun. Thus, the specific characters I will mention to be The Splendid Seven’s mentors from Street Fighter and Tekken are going to be the ones that I believe are the best fit for each Yokai martial artist according to style and personality.   With that said, let us arm ourselves with steely determination and strong willpower to triumph over some mighty opponents and inspire others to never surrender even when chaos ensues. Osu. Hajime.   Sesshoumaru’s Mentors: Putting Martial Arts and Honor in Mixed Martial Arts Sesshoumaru’s thorough background in Shotokan Karate, Nippon Kenpo, Judo, and Jujitsu has provided him with room to compete as a Mixed Martial Arts champion coveted by UFC. He would never dream of living the frat-boy lifestyle exacerbated by UFC’s reality TV show, for he has Jinpachi Mishima, Wang Jinrei, and Gouken to emulate the old tradition of martial arts, Heihachi Mishima and Akuma to pump him up with abundant bushels of allegiance, power, and muscle, and T. Hawk and Charlie Nash to thoroughly galvanize his iron will and military precision with every attack he makes while respecting and honoring his mentors. Gouken (Street Fighter) Akuma (Street Fighter) T. Hawk (Street Fighter) Charlie Nash (Street Fighter) Jinpachi Mishima (Tekken) Wang Jinrei (Tekken) Heihachi Mishima (Tekken)   Shuran’s Mentors: Bulldozing Powerslams and Brutal Showmanship Gathering a gamut of international wrestling styles from Japanese to Mongolian to Turkish to Mexican to Indian may be part of Shuran’s challenge to create his own Professional Wrestling style to stand above the throng of pro wrestlers looking to crush each other in the ring. However, preserving the combat aspect in Pro Wrestling is another mountain for him to climb. Fortunately, he has E. Honda, Darun, and Ganryuu to inspire him to use his strength to uplift aspiring wrestlers, Zangief and Hugo to consistently strengthen him physically and mentally, and both King and Armor King to preserve his penchant for good showmanship. E. Honda (Street Fighter) Zangief (Street Fighter) Darun (Street Fighter) Hugo (Street Sighter) Ganryuu (Tekken) King (Tekken) Armor King (Tekken)   Inuyasha’s Mentors: Letting the Bones Break and the Muscles Crush in the Arena Inuyasha’s phenomenal background in Kyokushin Karate, Judo, Kickboxing, and Combat Sambo has opened the Olympian gates for him to formulate his own Pankration style. In fact, Inuyasha has earned the admiration of Pankration competitors, thanks to his magnificent muscles and super strength. He attributes his muscles, strength, and great combat prowess to Dudley’s manly code of honor, Guile’s military toughness, Alex’s super strength, Ryu’s venerable valor, Ken’s bodacious brawniness, Kazuya’s undeterred want for power, and Paul’s rugged charisma, who have all enriched Inuyasha’s indubitably unparalleled formidability. Dudley (Street Fighter) Guile (Street Fighter) Ryu Hoshi (Street Fighter) Ken Masters (Street Fighter) Alex (Street Fighter) Kazuya Mishima (Tekken) Paul Phoenix (Tekken)   Hakkaku’s Mentors: Relentless Body Shots and Rampaging Clinches Landing any and every attack on all body parts from the head to the shins to the insteps for maximum damage might seem like sadomasochistic fun if done incorrectly and in a disorderly fashion. Thankfully, that is not the case with Hakkaku’s Muay Boran odyssey, for he injects his combat spirit with respect, cooperation, dedication, and character. Furthermore, Sagat’s and Bruce’s steeliness, Balrog’s unparalleled ruthlessness, Blanka’s lethal ferociousness, Dan’s charisma, Baek’s disciplined agility, and Dhalsim’s heightened sense of spirituality all compel Hakkaku to remain consistent with his combat prowess. Sagat (Street Fighter) Blanka (Street Fighter) Dhalsim (Street Fighter) Balrog (Street Fighter) Dan Hibiki (Street Fighter) Bruce Irvin (Tekken) Baek Doo San (Tekken)   Ginta’s Mentors: Vociferous Headbutts and Victorious Dedication Planting all sorts of strikes and clinches to every opponent’s body from top to bottom may seem like no monumental task for anybody who is not an experienced fighter. Nevertheless, Ginta’s constant willpower to fortify his skills in Lethwei cannot and should not be questioned, especially paired with his charisma in the ring. He is immensely grateful to have Adon’s fiery fierceness, Dee Jay’s rugged rowdiness, Vega’s deadliness, Fei Long’s brilliance, Remy’s focus, Lei’s flexibility, and Marshall’s clarity because they have helped him balance power, speed, stealth, and accuracy to make every strike as lethally painful as possible. Adon (Street Fighter) Vega (Street Fighter) Dee Jay (Street Fighter) Fei Long (Street Fighter) Remy (Street Fighter) Lei Wulong (Tekken) Marshall Law (Tekken)   Ayame’s Mentors:…
