Greetings and salutations, fellow aficionados of anime, Power Rangers, Super Sentai, and everything early 1990s to early 2000s, Antoni here. High off the recent joy of my thoroughly improved version of the Toonami-Era Inurangers teams, I have finally come to do what I have always wanted to accomplish. I am talking about the Toonami-Era Inurangers team-ups. Because all of the Inurangers teams have seven main rangers, the team-ups shall be divided accordingly, as I can only fit in team-ups consisting of fourteen. Much like the real-life Saban-Era Power Rangers series, the team-ups here shall be divided into the Zordon-Era ranger team-ups and the Post-Zordon-Era ranger team-ups. Therefore, I will commence with the Mighty Morphin Inurangers/Cloaked Pilot team-up and end with the Inurangers in Space version of the two-part “Countdown to Destruction.” In terms of the ranger line-up, it is the usual arrangement of the Red Ranger, the Sixth Ranger, the Seventh Ranger, the Black/Blue Ranger, the Blue/Green Ranger, the Yellow Ranger, and the Pink Ranger. However, the first team-up has the special introduction of a certain Cloaked Pilot added into the mix. Without further ado, it’s morphin’ time! Shift into turbo! Let’s rocket! Mighty Morphin Inurangers Season 3: A Friend in Need Parts 1 to 3 (2000) The first team-up sees the main seven Mighty Morphin Inurangers consisting of Inuyasha, Shuran, Sesshoumaru, Hakkaku, Ginta, Ayame, and Shunran being assigned to the Milky Way, as it is under attack by the Inurangers’ universe’s version of Lord Dregon, Admiral Gunter Prozen and Hiltz. This is the team-up where they encounter Prince Rudolph Zeppelin III and help him fight against Prozen, Hiltz, and their cronies. Unlike the original Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Season 3 first set of three-part episodes where Kimberly gets the flu, Shunran does not get sick with the flu and joins her fellow Inurangers all while coming back to earth to do battle with the monster of the day. Furthermore, Prince Rudolph has a superhero alter-ego called the Cloaked Pilot, which is the Inurangers’ universe’s version of the Masked Rider. Inuyasha from Inuyasha the 18-year-old Red Tyrannosaurus Ranger version of Jason Lee Scott and Tommy Oliver voiced by Richard Ian Cox Shuran from Inuyasha the 18-year-old Green Dragonzord Ranger version of Tommy Oliver and Rocky DeSantos voiced by Scott Logie Sesshoumaru from Inuyasha the 19-year-old White Tigerzord Ranger version of David Trueheart and Tommy Oliver voiced by David Kaye Hakkaku from Inuyasha the 17-year-old Black Mastodon Ranger version of Zack Taylor and Adam Park voiced by Alistair Abell Ginta from Inuyasha the 17-year-old Blue Triceratops Ranger version of Billy Cranston and Adam Park voiced by Paul Dobson Ayame from Inuyasha the 15-year-old Yellow Sabertoothed Tiger Ranger version of Trini Kwan and Aisha Campbell voiced by Natalie Walters Shunran from Inuyasha the 14-year-old Pink Pterodactyl Ranger version of Kimberly Ann Hart and Katherine Hillard voiced by Jocelyne Loewen Prince Rudolph Zeppelin III the 11-year-old Cloaked Pilot version of Prince Dex of Edenoi aka The Masked Rider voiced by Elinor Holt The Entirety of Mighty Ronin Inurangers (2001) This is the ten-episode Mighty Ronin Inurangers saga after Urasue and Naraku turn Inuyasha, Shuran, Sesshoumaru, Hakkaku, Ginta, Ayame, and Shunran into children. As the seven Yokai warriors with attitude cannot morph into their Inuranger suits, a new set of Inurangers come to fight evil in their stead. They are the Ronin Inurangers from the planet Mithril. Some select episodes also have the young Inuyasha maintain his leadership role as the Ronin Inurangers are fighting monsters and protecting civilians as well as assuring his teammates of their next journey. While the Ronin Inurangers of Mithril fight against Urasue’s and Naraku’s demons and monsters, the Mighty Morphin Inuranger Kids search for the Zeo Crystals as well as new friends to become a new set of Inurangers. Ryuichi Hayami from Hajime no Ippo the 18-year-old Red Ronin Inuranger version of Aurico voiced by Nathan Smythe Inuyasha from Inuyasha the 9-year-old Red Tyrannosaurus Ranger Kid version of Jason Lee Scott and Tommy Oliver voiced by Richard Ian Cox Kaname Chidori from Full Metal Panic the 17-year-old Green Ronin Inuranger version of Dulcea voiced by Luci Christian Shuran from Inuyasha the 9-year-old Green Dragonzord Ranger Kid version of Tommy Oliver and Rocky DeSantos voiced by Alex House Teletha “Tessa” Testarossa from Full Metal Panic the 17-year-old White Ronin Inuranger version of Delphine voiced by Hilary Haag Sesshoumaru from Inuyasha the 10-year-old White Tigerzord Ranger Kid version of David Trueheart and Tommy Oliver voiced by Jason Marsden Mario Musicanova from Geneshaft the 18-year-old Black Ronin Inuranger version of Corcus voiced by Crispin Freeman Hakkaku from Inuyasha the 8-year-old Black Mastodon Ranger Kid version of Zack Taylor and Adam Park voiced by Jonathan Malen Hiroto Amagiwa from Geneshaft the 17-year-old Blue Ronin Inuranger version of Cestro voiced by Dominic Armato Ginta from Inuyasha the 8-year-old Blue Triceratops Ranger Kid version of Billy Cranston and Adam Park voiced by Noah Reid Mizuki Inaba from Full Metal Panic the 16-year-old Yellow Ronin Inuranger version of Tideus voiced by Mandy Clark Ayame from Inuyasha the 6-year-old Yellow Sabertoothed Tiger Ranger Kid version of Trini Kwan and Aisha Campbell voiced by Natalie Walters Remmy Levy-Strauss from Geneshaft the 15-year-old Pink Ronin Inuranger version of Cestria voiced by Brianne Siddall Shunran from Inuyasha the 5-year-old Pink Pterodactyl Ranger Kid version of Kimberly Ann Hart and Katherine Hillard voiced by Jocelyne Loewen Inurangers Zeo: The Mighty Morphin Inurangers and Inurangers Zeo Team-Up (2001) As I have already established in my Inurangers AU headcanon, every Inuranger season shall have different characters for the different ranger roles. Unlike Zeo, where the Mighty Morphin cast plus Tanya Sloan continue being involved, the Mighty Morphin Inurangers and Zeo Inurangers are completely different people. This gets to the point where the Mighty Morphin Inuranger Kids and the Inuranger Zeo Kids turn back into teenagers and young adults, thanks to using the regenerator powered by the Mighty Morphin Inurangers’ power coins and Zeo Crystals. After that, they have their…

Greetings and salutations, fellow aficionados of anime, Power Rangers, Super Sentai, and everything early 1990s to early 2000s, Antoni here. As you can tell from the title, I am giving this Toonami-Era Inuranger team lineup one last shot. I was undoubtedly satisfied with the team lineups that I arranged for Mighty Morphin Inurangers, Inurangers in Space, Inurangers Lost Galaxy, and Inurangers Time Force, and I decided to keep them this way. However, looking back at the teams that I arranged for Mighty Morphin Makai Rangers which I will rename Mighty Ronin Inurangers, Inurangers Zeo, Inurangers Turbo, Inurangers Lightspeed Rescue, and Inurangers Wild Force, I was not pleased looking back at these lineups. I also wanted to give the YuYu Hakusho cast their spot independent from my Inurangers AU headcanon. Therefore, Mighty Ronin Inurangers will receive a cast overhaul, while Inurangers Zeo, Inurangers Turbo, Inurangers Lightspeed Rescue, and Inurangers Wild Force will have some cast changeups. For those of you who are new to this cast lineup, the Toonami-Era Inurangers are the fictional counterpart to the Saban-Era Power Rangers from 1993 to 2002 after more dedicated rewatching of all three seasons of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers up to Power Rangers Wild Force. Mighty Morphin Inurangers involves Inuyasha, Shuran, Sesshoumaru, Hakkaku, Ginta, Ayame, and Shunran as the main seven rangers. The subsequent Inurangers series also follows the format of having seven main rangers per season akin to the real-life Super Sentai and Power Rangers counterparts in Japan and America respectively. Sure, the real-life Super Sentai and Power Rangers counterparts usually top between five to six main members. However, I argue that seven is the perfect number for a Super Sentai or Power Rangers team. Ever since committing myself to creating Inurangers team lineups, I have become a lot stricter with how the teams shall be arranged. All three seasons of Mighty Morphin Inurangers and Inurangers Time Force have five male members and two female members. In contrast, Inurangers in Space and Inurangers Lost Galaxy have three male members and four female members. However, the other Inurangers series ended up becoming a bit fast and loose with how many male members and female members can be in each Inuranger team, with Inurangers Zeo having two male members and five female members, as well as Mighty Morphin Makai Rangers, Inurangers Turbo, Inurangers Lightspeed Rescue, and Inurangers Wild Force, having four male members and three female members. Now that I have become a lot more straightforward with my visions for the Toonami-Era Inurangers teams, I have decided to strictly adhere to the five-male-member/two-female-member and three-male-member/four-female-member formats. Why I chose these arrangements is because the five-male-member/two-female-member and three-male-member/four-female-member formats are my favorite ones to work with. This is how each team lineup shall be arranged. Each team lineup shall have seven main members, i.e., the Red Ranger, the Sixth Ranger, the Seventh Ranger, the Black/Blue Ranger, the Blue/Green Ranger, the Yellow Ranger, and the Pink Ranger. All three seasons of Mighty Morphin Inurangers, Inurangers Turbo, and Inurangers Time Force shall have five male members and two female members. Meanwhile, Mighty Ronin Inurangers, Inurangers Zeo, Inurangers in Space, Inurangers Lost Galaxy, Inurangers Lightspeed Rescue, and Inurangers Wild Force shall have three male members and four female members. All three seasons of Mighty Morphin Inurangers will have the same cast members all the way through, as there are also composite characters, while the subsequent Inurangers seasons will have different characters just like the real-life Super Sentai counterparts. With that said, let us get acquainted with the new, improved, and way clearer version of the Toonami-Era Inuranger teams’ lineups. Greetings, anime fans, martial arts aficionados, fighting game devotees, and enthusiasts of all things about anime, martial arts, video games, and fighting tournaments. Antoni here with another written entry. My beloved seven-person anime martial arts teams who have also been Dudley’s and Daisy’s as well as their seven children’s martial arts trainers have struck again. There is no doubt that Dudley, Daisy, and their pups have been very happy and blessed to have these seven-person anime martial arts teams as their instructors. This is because these anime martial artists are individuals first which is the same story said about their fighting video game counterparts. The fourteen anime martial arts teams are not only going to be organized by their respective martial arts but also from oldest to youngest according to their birth years and their ages. I am using the ages they currently are after their shows aired on television. I want to remind you that the characters featured here are from anime series that aired between 1998 and 2009, especially considering that my anime-watching days on Animax during my time in Cebu, Philippines, and Adult Swim during my time in the United States reached an all-time high when I was a 12-year-old sixth grader in 2004. With that said, let us get acquainted with when these anime martial artists were born and express our collective joy about their ever-flourishing tenure as combatants and as people. Some of them are based on canon birthdays, while others are partially based on my own personal headcanon. Osu! Hajime! Greetings, anime fans, martial arts aficionados, fighting game devotees, and enthusiasts of all things about anime, martial arts, video games, and fighting tournaments. Antoni here with another written entry. If you know me, based on the title, there are four things I am most passionate about. One is the number seven because it is the number of high fortunes, wealth, prosperity, abundance, sanctity, hope, and faith. Two is anything divisible by seven, and my first passion should be indicative, especially for those of you who have been paying attention in your mathematics classes when you were very young. Three is anime because of the variety found in the choice, interesting storylines, and the cool factor some of the shows possessed. Four is martial arts tournaments because it is enjoyable to see fighters using various combat styles duking it out in the arena and having it soaked in blood and guts. Combine my four passions in life and you get fourteen team-ups consisting of seven anime characters and the martial arts they specialize in. My philosophy revolving around my seven-anime character martial arts teams may affirm the importance of discipline, camaraderie, self-confidence, respect, cooperation, balance, and self-defense. Those attributes are exceptional and should be implemented as habits. However, I also argue that nothing should be held back when launching a series of brutal attacks against various opponents. Those supposedly squeaky-clean characters from the early to mid-2000s Disney Channel sitcoms and cartoons can get their insipid pansy behinds to bail out and get lost, for these fourteen septets of anime martial artists are in the house to tear some butt while looking great in doing so. Therefore, no opponent is safe. Think of this entry as a more organized line-up of the fourteen seven-anime character martial artists featured in the previous entries. Some team-ups are the same, while others are a little more switched up for credibility’s sake. As always, the characters featured will be from anime that I watched on Animax, Adult Swim, Hero TV, and even on the internet, with the ones featured from Inuyasha, Baki the Grappler, Shura no Toki, Shootfighter Tekken, Hajime no Ippo, Fullmetal Alchemist, Solty Rei, Ultra Maniac, Wolf’s Rain, Texhnolyze, Geneshaft, Chrono Crusade, Samurai 7, Kiddy Grade, Hungry Heart, Full Metal Panic, GetBackers, and Cardcaptor Sakura. Let’s get ready to rumble. Osu! Hajime! The Splendid Seven (Sesshoumaru, Shuran, Inuyasha, Hakkaku, Ginta, Ayame, and Shunran) When these seven powerful Yokai martial artists take center stage, their opponents would want to either head for the hills to save their skins or try their luck in overcoming them. This is thanks to the combined forces of two dog Yokai brothers, Sesshoumaru and Inuyasha, three spiky-haired brothers, Shuran, Hakkaku, and Ginta, and two auburn-haired sisters, Ayame and Shunran, and their brutal moves. Sesshoumaru’s ground and pounds, Shuran’s piledrivers, Inuyasha’s tracheal grip chokes, Hakkaku’s elbow strikes, Ginta’s flying knees, Ayame’s uppercuts, and Shunran’s nerve strikes make them unstoppable as a mighty team. Sesshoumaru (Inuyasha) – Mixed Martial Arts Shuran (Inuyasha) – Professional Wrestling Inuyasha (Inuyasha) – Pankration Hakkaku (Inuyasha) – Muay Boran Ginta (Inuyasha) – Lethwei Ayame (Inuyasha) – Kyuk Too Ki Shunran (Inuyasha) – Shaolin Kung Fu The Radioactive Rebels (Shido, Ban, Ginji, Kyuzo, Heihachi, Satella, and Akemi) No natural disaster can equal the damage that Shido Fuyuki, Ban Mido, Ginji Amano, Kyuzo, Heihachi Hayashida, Satella Harvenheit, and Akemi Takaishi can accomplish. When combining Shido’s guillotine chokes, Ban’s arm triangles, Ginji’s leg wheels, Kyuzo’s check kicks, Heihachi’s spinning back kicks, Satella’s ox jaw strikes, and Akemi’s palm strikes, opponents are in for an exciting thrill ride full of spins, rolls, and drops as if they boarded an intense roller coaster ride to oblivion. Where these seven lethal combatants are going to take their opponents is far from bright and breezy, as it will be full of destructive turbulence. Shido Fuyuki (GetBackers) – Japanese Jujitsu Ban Mido (GetBackers) – Brazilian Jujitsu Ginji Amano (GetBackers) – Judo Kyuzo (Samurai 7) – Kajukenbo Heihachi Hayashida (Samurai 7) – Qwan Ki Do Satella Harvenheit (Chrono Crusade) – Nippon Kenpo Akemi Takaishi (Shootfighter Tekken) – Shorinji Kenpo The Quicksilver Quantums (Masaru, Tatsuya, Ryuichi, Mario, Hiroto, Sakurako, and Kuniko) There is nothing more fulfilling, let alone more purposeful, than ensuring that a true martial artist combines brute force, military precision, quick self-defense, and benevolent character and turn these attributes into a unit. Fortunately for Masaru Aoki, Tatsuya Kimura, Ryuichi Hayami, Mario Musicanova, Hiroto Amagiwa, Sakurako Yukihira, and Kuniko Touya, they are living proof that they have what it takes to live like true martial artists and more. Masaru’s haymakers, Tatsuya’s hooks, Ryuichi’s jabs, Mario’s armbars, Hiroto’s leglocks, Sakurako’s roundhouse kicks, and Kuniko’s double flying kicks can easily incapacitate their opponents. Masaru Aoki (Hajime no Ippo) – Kamogawa Mixed Martial Boxing Tatsuya Kimura (Hajime no Ippo) – Kamogawa Mixed Martial Boxing Ryuichi Hayami (Hajime no Ippo) – Otowa Mixed Martial Boxing Mario Musicanova (Geneshaft) – Luta Livre Hiroto Amagiwa (Geneshaft) – Pancrase Sakurako Yukihira (Detective School Q) – Musti-yuddha Kuniko Touya (Detective School Q) – Adithada The War Emperors (Yoshiki, Mamoru, Kuranosuke, Tsume, Kisuke, Mitsuhide, and Shinosuke) Virile power and heavyweight muscularity are the best lexical descriptions that encapsulate Yoshiki Takaishi, Mamoru Takamura, Kuranosuke Takeda, Tsume, Kisuke, Mitsuhide Kuroda, and Shinosuke. Each of these tall, mighty, powerfully built gentlemen is capable of making their opponents submit regardless of brute strength and/or unparalleled skill, with the arena cheering them on. Yoshiki’s bearhugs, Mamoru’s liver punches, Kuranosuke’s rear naked chokeholds, Tsume’s fireman’s carries, Kisuke’s double leg takedowns, Mitsuhide’s underhooks, and Shinosuke’s overhooks can reduce mighty giants into mere mortals. Yoshiki Takaishi (Shootfighter Tekken) – Kapu Kuialua Mamoru Takamura (Hajime no Ippo) – Kamogawa Mixed Martial Boxing Kuranosuke Takeda (Inuyasha) – Shoot Wrestling Tsume (Wolf’s Rain) – Vale Tudo Kisuke (Inuyasha) – Shootfighting Mitsuhide Kuroda (Shootfighter Tekken) – Combat Sambo Shinosuke (Inuyasha) – Shoot Boxing The Kings of Formidable Fists (Baki, Ryoma, Takeshi, Kiibo, Alexander, Ichiro, and Ippo) Boxing or Mixed Martial…
This Battle Couple Meme originally belongs to JasonPictures and is dedicated to all the wonderful Inuyasha x Ayame or InuAya shippers, partisans, and loyalists of the world. Sit back, relax, and revel in the epic awesomeness that Inuyasha’s super muscular strength and Ayame’s mega-furious limbs have to offer as a mighty battle couple ready to demolish their opponents. I have always heard fans of certain canon pairings for Inuyasha crying over the clamor that he never has feelings for Ayame, Ayame only has feelings for a certain loser wolf Yokai warrior who was all talk but no action, and they barely know each other in the show. I have this to say. Hold your tongues and get out of my lecture hall because I play by my rules, I have my AU headcanon to enjoy, and no fantard, no canon Nazi, no self-loathing Alpha Male wannabe, and no idiot whiner is going to change that. I have been dealing with this rubbish of fun-sucking canon Nazis and self-loathing losers who are devotees of the canon pairings Inuyasha and Ayame had for what seems like forever, and I remain unfazed by them because they should know where the door to the exit sign is. Nevertheless, I still want to have a good time with my most beloved OTP of all time, InuAya, for I have been cultivating fun and exciting ideas for this power couple. For those of you who can maintain an open mind and are not fun-sucking canon Nazis as certain people have been, please stay here as much as you can and listen as best as you can. To say that I have made it no secret that I am an InuAya devotee is a mere understatement. I adulate and love my OTP for life because of the possibilities Inuyasha and Ayame have to thrive as a mightily powerful battle couple extraordinaire who can thrash bigger, stronger, fiercer opponents with everything they got. Inuyasha’s sheer brutality in his super strength, magnificent muscle power, and beastly brawn are perfect complements to Ayame’s stealthy combat prowess in her furious fists, fleet feet, and quicksilver speed. My AU headcanon has made it abundantly clear that Inuyasha is the right man for the job to be both Ayame’s husband as well as a strong leader and warrior for the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Yoro or wolf demon tribes. Unlike a certain insignificant wolf turd who was all machismo and no moxie, Inuyasha would be the super strong and magnificently muscular Alpha Male that he is made to be for Ayame. Moreover, unlike a certain shrew who controls with an accursed shock collar, Ayame would be respectful to her husband and fierce for herself. Inuyasha and Ayame are truly unbreakable forces. For those of you who are new to what my AU headcanon revolving around Inuyasha and Ayame is about here it goes. Inuyasha’s and Ayame’s loving relationships commenced in their infancy, with the newborn Ayame playing with 3-year-old Inuyasha while The Wolf Elder, Toga the Dog General, and InuKimi adored how happy the two of them were when playing with each other. Even 4-year-old Sesshoumaru thought that Inuyasha and Ayame were adorable together, which was a sign of things to come, given that The Wolf Elder, Toga, and InuKimi thought it was great for Inuyasha and Ayame to be betrothed. Four years later, 7-year-old Inuyasha saved 4-year-old Ayame from the Birds of Paradise’s attacks by punching, grappling, kicking, biting, and clawing at them, thus making little Ayame overjoyed to have her future husband save her. This even motivated young Inuyasha to live with Ayame’s tribe, be raised by her grandfather, and be trained by the warriors of the Wolf Yokai warrior tribes. For one still very young such as Inuyasha, he grew stronger and fiercer when he trained with Ayame’s grandfather and his warriors. Time passed on. Inuyasha grew from a rowdy young boy of 8 years old to a handsomely tall youth of 11 years old who was starting to develop in muscle as well as fully embracing his full Alpha Male dog Yokai warrior blood and instincts, thanks to all the intense training he underwent with the wolf Yokai warriors and the visiting Greek Pankratiasts, wrestlers, and boxers who were twice as massive as the wolf Yokai warriors and young Inuyasha combined. Inuyasha was not afraid to land some severe blows, takedowns, grapples, and submission holds because he showed grit and determination as a warrior. As for Ayame, she grew from an inquisitive young girl of 5 years old to a lovely yet fierce young lady of 8 years old who was becoming quicker, stronger, and stealthier with her punches, kicks, and strikes, thanks to how she also went through the same amount of training Inuyasha endured and fighting against Korea’s and Thailand’s best boxers, Muay Thai practitioners, Taekwondo fighters, and Hapkido warriors, thus being just as confident and determined as her future husband was. Inuyasha and Ayame definitely grew in strength. By the time Inuyasha was 12 and Ayame was 9, they were engaged, and their inseparability was further solidified. Ayame always knew in her heart no other boy or young man could ever be equaled to Inuyasha because of his physical strength and undying loyalty. Inuyasha always made it his duty to fight by Ayame’s side and be the strong, protective fiancé he ought to be. One spring day, Inuyasha asked Ayame if she wanted to marry him, to which Ayame said a hugely resounding yes and kissed him as joyously as possible. The Wolf Elder blessed 12-year-old Inuyasha’s and 9-year-old Ayame’s wedding with fortitude, courage, and perseverance as well as a powerful family. Additionally, Ayame, despite being really young, wanted to have a family with Inuyasha, to which he also said yes. Inuyasha turned 13 and Ayame turned 10 and ended up going through their respective rites of passage. 13-year-old Inuyasha attained the legendary Goraishi, while 10-year-old Ayame took on the Birds of Paradise to obtain…
This piece of Ayame fanart, which is my fifteenth submission for this year’s 30 Days of InuAya Month last April, is dedicated to all of the wonderful Inuyasha x Ayame shippers worldwide as well as all the Ayame fans of the world. Sit back, relax, and soak in Ayame’s unbridled formidability as one of the most brutal Kyuk Too Ki or Korean Kickboxing fighters that the world has ever seen. Making her entrance into the kickboxing ring clad in a red tank top, red shorts, red boxing gloves, and red leg guards is Ayame. Ayame’s all-red attire is the result of Inuyasha giving her his legendary Robe of the Fire Rat to her as an engagement gift when they were very young children. 8-year-old Ayame was so touched by 11-year-old Inuyasha’s engagement gift that she kissed him so hard on his cheek that he became as red as a tomato. A year later, at just nine years old, she was even introduced to several combatants from North Korea, South Korea, Thailand, and the Netherlands who made her ingrained in the world of Taekwondo, Hapkido, Muay Korat, Muay Chaiya, Muay Lopburi, Muay Thasao, and Dutch Kickboxing. These were the same styles that she adapted to her combat repertoire through her intense training with Chun-Li, Cammy White, Sakura Kasugano, Blair Dame, Hokuto, Nina Williams, and Jun Kazama. Even as 10-year-old Ayame was already happily married to 13-year-old Inuyasha and had their first set of children together in the form of triplet sons, she continued to thrive as a kickboxer and as a person. Every punch, kick, elbow strike, knee strike, shin kick, clinch, and takedown Ayame committed herself to against stronger, more skilled, and more humongous opponents, she became a more formidable force inside and outside the ring. Ayame always has her dearest husband Inuyasha to thank not for only the martial arts attire made of his Robe of the Fire Rat which he wore as a child, as well as the demon ox hide used for her boxing gloves, but also for being her greatest encourager and for being one of the strongest sparring partners she has ever fought against. Therefore, she can attest that Inuyasha is the most loyal, most dedicated, most lovable, and most virile husband Ayame could ever ask for. It also says something that Ayame always looks very good in red, which she always has Inuyasha to be eternally thankful for. With that said, let us be reacquainted with this fearlessly formidable wolf yokai Kyuk Too Ki prizefighter as part of my individual InuAya martial arts family profiles. Greetings, anime fans, martial arts aficionados, fighting game devotees, and enthusiasts of all things pertaining to anime, martial arts, video games, and fighting tournaments. Antoni here with another written entry. The UFC, Pride FC, World Combat League, martial arts tournament, and fighting game junkie in me has struck again. Deservedly so. I love the result of combining anime with martial arts tournaments because of how well they can correlate with each other in terms of strength, excitement, thrills, and formidability. One can never go wrong with such a combination, and I am one of the many people pleased to have done so. When I first made my anime martial arts septet line-up, I initially believed that some of the entries made sense. However, looking back at it, some of them have not held up that well. This time I will bump my list up to fourteen team-ups because, after all, fourteen is a number divisible by seven. It is also better that I work with this number because eight just seemed too deficient. Moreover, I based it on my Toonami-era Inurangers headcanon team line-up, which serves as a fictional counterpart to the real-life Saban-era Power Rangers teams. As I said, looking back at the martial arts I gave some of the teams, they could be better. The same rule applies I will list down the characters I caught on Animax, Adult Swim, Hero TV, and even on the internet. Therefore, do expect some of my favorite characters from Inuyasha, Baki the Grappler, Shura no Toki, Shootfighter Tekken, Hajime no Ippo, Texhnolyze, Wolf’s Rain, Fullmetal Alchemist, Solty Rei, Ultra Maniac, Detective School Q, Chrono Crusade, Geneshaft, Galaxy Angel, Hungry Heart, GetBackers, Full Metal Panic, Gokusen, UFO Baby, and Cardcaptor Sakura to show up. Characters from Cowboy Bebop, Baccano, Hellsing Ultimate, Trigun, Outlaw Star, Fist of the North Star, YuYu Hakusho, Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, Stratos 4, Witch Hunter Robin, Saiyuki, Saber Marionette J, Otogi Zoshi the Legend of Magatama, Rurouni Kenshin, R.O.D. the TV, Ayakashi Samurai Horror Tales, Dragon Ball Z, Bleach, Jungle no Ouja Tar-Chan, Great Teacher Onizuka, Flame of Recca, Gun X Sword, Tsukihime, Ghost Stories, Haibane Renmei, and many other anime series that I could barely name off the top of my head deserve separate lists too because they are a class of their own, especially the first seven I just mentioned, and I would not want to oversaturate this entry. Furthermore, the now grown-up Inuyasha kids as well as my anime OTP next-generation characters from Inuyasha x Ayame to Hakkaku x Shunran x Ginta to many others I would have loved to mention are also going to be featured in another entry. With that said, let us commence that great kick-butt, high-octane martial action. Osu! Hajime! The Splendid Seven (Sesshoumaru, Shuran, Inuyasha, Hakkaku, Ginta, Ayame, and Shunran) These seven Yokai martial artists consisting of two dog yokai brothers in Sesshoumaru and Inuyasha, three spiky-haired brothers in Shuran, Hakkaku, and Ginta, and two auburn-haired sisters in Ayame and Shunran can make their opponents tremble when they enter the arena. When combining Sesshoumaru’s ground and pounds, Shuran’s piledrivers, Inuyasha’s tracheal grip chokes, Hakkaku’s elbow strikes, Ginta’s flying knees, Ayame’s uppercuts, and Shunran’s nerve strikes, they become an unstoppable force. What keeps them together is ferocious formidability, for they can never be knocked down from every grueling challenge. Sesshoumaru (Inuyasha) – Mixed Martial Arts Shuran (Inuyasha) – Professional Wrestling Inuyasha (Inuyasha) – Pankration Hakkaku (Inuyasha) – Muay Boran Ginta (Inuyasha) – Lethwei Ayame (Inuyasha) – Kyuk Too Ki Shunran (Inuyasha) – Shaolin Kung Fu The Honorable Budoka (Kuranosuke, Kisuke, Shinosuke, Toran, Wakana, Enju, and Karan) Honor, decorum, valor, stamina, respect, cooperation, and confidence are what define these seven incredible martial artists. Kuranosuke Takeda, Kisuke, and Shinosuke are valiant combatants of the Kyokushin Kaikan discipline because of how these three gentlemen throw unapologetically hard blows against their opponents. Toran is like water when she makes her enemies fall on their knees. Wakana and Enju possess strikes so painful that they can make any perpetrator’s limbs go numb. Karan has lightning-fast attacks that see her go zero gravity into the air and land sharp blows. Therefore, any bum would be foolish to take them down. Kuranosuke Takeda (Inuyasha) – Ashihara Karate Kisuke (Inuyasha) – Enshin Karate Shinosuke (Inuyasha) – Seidokaikan Karate Toran (Inuyasha) – Jeet Kune Do Wakana (Inuyasha) – Nippon Kenpo Enju (Inuyasha) – Shorinji Kenpo Karan (Inuyasha) – Taekwondo The Noble Karate Warriors (Hoshiyomi, Suikotsu, Amari, Tsukyiomi, Sara, Kikyo, and Shima) Abundant decorum and sharp focus are these seven Karatekas guiding lights as combatants and as individuals. There is no strike, no takedown, no punch, and no kick strong enough to take these warriors down who all have the mindset of a samurai ready for either battle or death. Their enemies need to be wary of Hoshiyomi’s and Suikotsu’s penchant for full-contact strikes, Amari’s deadly precision, Tsukiyomi’s accuracy, Sara’s focus, Kikyo’s relentlessness, and Shima’s agility. Any blow these seven Karatekas have in store can either gain their opponents’ respect or break and burn them on the inside to ashes and cinders. Hoshiyomi (Inuyasha) – Kyokushin Karate Suikotsu (Inuyasha) – Shotokan Karate Amari Nobunaga (Inuyasha) – Goju-Ryu Karate Tsukiyomi (Inuyasha) – Shukokai Karate Sara Asano (Inuyasha) – Shito-Ryu Karate Kikyo (Inuyasha) – Shorin-Ryu Karate Shima (Inuyasha) – Motobu-Ryu Karate The Kings of Formidable Fists (Baki, Ryoma, Takeshi, Kiibo, Alexander, Ichiro, and Ippo) Boxing or Mixed Martial Arts? Who gives a damn? Seven strong and sturdy dudes who are Mixed Martial Boxing? You’re going to give a damn! This is especially true when Baki Hanma, Ryoma Sakamoto, Takeshi Sendo, Kiichi Miyazawa, Alexander Volg Zangief, Ichiro Miyata, and Ippo Makunouchi are prepared to give a whole array of painful uppercuts, jabs, hooks, straight punches, submission holds, ground and pounds, and armbars. Having furious fists and fine footwork may not be enough in the long run, but combining those attributes with abundant physical strength and…
Greetings and salutations, fellow aficionados of anime, Power Rangers, Super Sentai, and everything early 1990s to early 2000s, Antoni here. As you can tell from the title, I have decided to give the Toonami-Era Inuranger teams an extra final makeover in terms of some of the team members. While I am already satisfied with the respective seven-person Mighty Morphin Inurangers Seasons 1 to 3, Mighty Morphin Makai Rangers, and Inurangers Zeo teams, I still need to do some final tune-ups to perfection with the teams from Inurangers Turbo to Inurangers Wild Force. I was also fresh off going through four rewatch sessions of Power Rangers Time Force, thus justifying my action to make one final tune-up to the fictional Toonami-Era Inuranger teams from Turbo to Wild Force, specifically from 2002 to 2006. Without further ado, here are my redone Toonami-Era Inurangers teams from Turbo, In Space, Lost Galaxy, Lightspeed Rescue, Time Force, and Wild Force. Shift into Turbo! Let’s rocket! Go galactic! Greetings, Splendid Seven devotees, martial arts aficionados, and fighting video game fans. Antoni here with another written entry focusing on Sesshoumaru, Shuran, Inuyasha, Hakkaku, Ginta, Ayame, and Shunran specializing in the martial arts they do. I will say this once, and I will say this again. Practicing martial arts works better when two or more people are involved. Furthermore, overcoming opponents is more effective and enjoyable when accomplished in groups of two or three, thus uniting their collective efforts to give any and every opponent a well-deserved beating as well as a more beautiful triumph. If you know my Splendid Seven AU headcanon, you would recognize that I have three platonic pairings of two, two platonic pairings of three, one romantic pairing of two, and one romantic pairing of three that I love and cherish all the same. From each pairing in martial arts form, I will expound on their strengths together, as I have made their individual strengths clear in previous submissions ad nauseam, and the combined attacks opponents need to look out for unless they want to suffer the physical ramifications of each pairing’s attacks. With that said, let us get ready to rumble and open up cans of whoop-ass together. Sesshoumaru and Inuyasha (BroTP): Mixed Martial Arts and Pankration As the two powerful sons of Toga and InuKimi, Sesshoumaru and Inuyasha are muscular power and strong virility personified. These two Alpha Male dog Yokai brothers stand above any competition as a formidable duo of mighty warriors. Sesshoumaru and Inuyasha would start off by giving their opponents an overhand punch and liver punch combo, with Inuyasha landing a double axe handle on their heads. Inuyasha would then capture their opponents with a body slam, an ankle lock, and a rear-naked chokehold, and Sesshoumaru would land ground-and-pounds and sprawls-and-brawls, thus reducing them to a bloodied mess. Shuran, Hakkaku, and Ginta (BroT3): Professional Wrestling, Muay Boran, and Lethwei Izayoi’s three sons are the definition of being strong together, considering how Shuran’s massive strength complements Hakkaku’s and Ginta’s quick reflexes. This hulking panther Yokai and his two younger wolf Yokai brothers define power in teamwork. Shuran would begin by picking up opponents and bending their bodies in a torture rack. While he does that, Hakkaku and Ginta would deliver headbutts, knee strikes, and elbow strikes galore. Once done, Shuran savagely drops their opponents to the ground, Hakkaku finishes them off with an elbow strike to the face, and Ginta an earthquake headbutt to bloodily silence them. Ayame and Shunran (BroTP): Kyuk Too Ki and Shaolin Kung Fu The Wolf Elder is surely fortunate to have two fierce and beautiful granddaughters in Ayame and Shunran. This formidable wolf Yokai warrior queen and her younger panther Yokai warrior mage sister demonstrate the importance of never judging a book by its cover. Ayame and Shunran would commence by delivering their opponents an uppercut, spinning backfist, spinning back kick, and double flying kick combo to disorient them. After that, Ayame would deliver a swift jab to the face and axe kick to head followed by Shunran delivering finger strikes and palm strikes to the heart, thus paralyzing their opponents in cold blood. Sesshoumaru and Shuran (BroTP): Mixed Martial Arts and Professional Wrestling Chilling beastliness and crushing barbarism are the hallmarks that solidify Sesshoumaru and Shuran once they step into the caged ring. No executioner in the world could ever compare to the relentlessly cold-blooded brutality that Sesshoumaru and Shuran have to offer. First, Shuran lifts their opponents and squeezes them in a bearhug, thus making Sesshoumaru pummel them with overhand punches and hammer fists. Then, Shuran drops them to the ground to let Sesshoumaru unleash excruciating armbars and triangle chokes before Shuran launches them with a skull-smashing, bone-crushing piledriver for total body annihilation. Inuyasha, Hakkaku, and Ginta (BroT3): Pankration, Muay Boran, and Lethwei Muscular strength, metallic sturdiness, and malleable stamina unite Inuyasha, Hakkaku, and Ginta on and off the arena. There is no other trio who can ensure total destruction of their opponents than Inuyasha, Hakkaku, and Ginta unleashing an erupting volcano on them. Inuyasha first showers their opponents with hammer fists, jabs, and uppercuts then locks them in a rear-naked chokehold before Hakkaku and Ginta give them a barrage of headbutts, flying knees, and elbow strikes. Once done, Inuyasha delivers a sleeper hold, thus making Hakkaku give an elbow strike and Ginta a headbutt, to crush their tattered bodies. Inuyasha and Ayame (OTP): Pankration and Kyuk Too Ki Inuyasha’s magnificent muscles and Ayame’s ferocious fierceness amalgamate their super strength as an outstanding power couple. Once this couple sets foot into the arena, it is akin to watching a public execution unfolding before the spectator’s eyes. Inuyasha first delivers jabs, hooks, cross punches, uppercuts, liver punches, hammer fists, overhand punches, and a double axe handle to their opponents before locking them in a torture rack. While Inuyasha gives them a torture rack, Ayame leaps forth with jabs, hooks, uppercuts, Superman punches, knee strikes, soccer kicks, and an axe kick to damage their skulls and destroy their bones. Hakkaku, Ginta, and Shunran (OT3): Muay Boran, Lethwei, and Shaolin Kung Fu Hakkaku’s titanium tenacity and Ginta’s steel stamina mesh beautifully with Shunran’s amazing agility to solidify them as a vivacious power throuple. While these two wolf Yokai gentlemen can exude decorum to their Panther yokai lady love, they become executioners when faced with strong opponents. Hakkaku and Ginta initiate their battle by giving their opponents a series of elbow strikes, headbutts, shin kicks, and knee strikes before wrapping them in a clinch. Shunran then proceeds with finger strikes and nerve strikes to paralyze them and finishes everything off with a vicious leopard blow to their head to silence them. The Splendid Seven’s main relationships in martial arts form solidify the importance that creating healthy communities can do while providing powerful opponents with great challenges as well as brutal beatdowns. Therefore, martial arts beatdowns work best when combatants join…
My favorite septet of Yokai martial artists has struck again with the martial arts I have provided for them. Moreover, this shall be the legitimately final time in which I designate their respective martial arts according to their personalities and specialties. This time, not only am I going to focus on the main martial arts they do as well as define them, with some slight retouches, but also their signature moves that can guarantee a great deal of damage to their opponents. Think of this as a mega-edited version of the one I did two months ago. Let us not waste any more time and get ready to rumble. Sesshoumaru: Mixed Martial Arts With a background in Karate, Kenpo, Judo, and Jujitsu since childhood, Sesshoumaru has grown into a formidable Mixed Martial Arts practitioner fighting in prominent venues such as UFC, thus triumphing over his opponents. His focused discipline, unparalleled physical strength, and iron-clad code of honor signify how much he retains respect as a martial artist even when he is giving his opponents bloody beatings galore. Sesshoumaru’s double-leg takedowns, ground-and-pounds, sprawl-and-brawls, armbars, Kimuras, triangle chokes, and overhand punches can make his opponents’ organs bleed and skeletons break in cruel pain. Shuran: Professional Wrestling Whether American, British, Japanese, Indian, Turkish, Mexican, or Mongolian, Shuran is a Pro Wrestler who goes global and meshes the styles found in the likes of Sumo, Lucha Libre, Catch Wrestling, and Malla-yuddha to create his own brand of incomparable wrestling prowess. Grand showmanship and legitimate combat prowess are the attributes that define him superbly when entering the ring in glory and conquest. Shuran’s bearhugs, piledrivers, sharpshooters, torture racks, full Nelsons, suplex power slams, and German suplexes can leave his opponents’ ligaments, bones, tissues, and muscles tattered to tiny smithereens. Inuyasha: Pankration Combat Sambo, Boxing, Wrestling, and Judo form the basis of Inuyasha’s fighting repertoire to blossom into his main specialty of Pankration from Greece. Arena spectators believe that Inuyasha’s mighty muscles and stupendous strength are derived from Zeus, Ares, Heracles, and Theseus. Inuyasha’s rear naked chokeholds, tracheal grip chokes, camel clutches, ankle locks, hammer fists, liver punches, and body slams can do visceral damage to his opponents’ bones, joints, ligaments, muscles, tissues, and nerves, thus making them beg the Greek gods for mercy in vain due to the viciously powerful attacks he dishes out on them in cold blood. Hakkaku: Muay Boran Reaping the fruits of Thailand’s viscerally lethal predecessor of Muay Thai is Hakkaku who is always ready to wrap his hands and arms in hemp rope to do some serious damage to his opponents. Aside from ensuring nearly irreparable damage to his opponents, he does his best to bring honor to Thailand’s royalty, Muay Boran masters, and the audience who want to see a great fight. Hakkaku’s flying knee strikes, elbow slashes, elbow strikes, upward headbutts, reverse elbows, spinning heel kicks, and double uppercuts can easily destroy and distort his opponents’ skeletal structure, thus making their chances of recovery extremely slight. Ginta: Lethwei Harvesting the brutality of Ancient Burmese armies to be brought to the sandpits is Ginta a Lethwei practitioner constantly prepared to wrap his hands in gauze to knock his opponents out cold. It would be false to assume that Ginta has to be stone-cold to execute his opponents because Myanmar’s spectators revel in his charmingly lovable charisma when giving his opponents a hard beatdown. Ginta’s thrusting headbutts, side headbutts, upward elbows, downward headbutts, downward elbows, jumping knee strikes, and spinning elbows can damage his opponents’ organs, skulls, and limbs, thus rendering them pale and lifeless. Ayame: Kyuk Too Ki Taekwondo, Hapkido, Kickboxing, and Muay Thai are united by Ayame to establish her formidability in Korean Kickboxing also known as Kyuk Too Ki. It is through Ayame’s rapid speed, relentless power, thorough balance, and accurate timing that she can inflict boundless amounts of pain on those who attempt to challenge her. Ayame’s uppercuts, jabs, Superman punches, jabs, spinning back kicks, axe kicks, and roundhouse kicks can incapacitate her opponents while leaving their organs, faces, skeletal structures, and limbs thoroughly shattered, thus paralyzing them from top to bottom to everywhere in their bodies. Shunran: Shaolin Kung Fu Combining spirituality, harmony, brute force, and lethal accuracy is Shunran who capitalizes on Shaolin Kung Fu’s animal styles be they monkey, dragon, leopard, tiger, snake, praying mantis, and/or crane. Chinese royalty and Shaolin monks alike are both fascinated and terrified by her mastery of pressure points, varying ranges of attacks, and combining grace with power exceedingly well. Shunran’s leopard blows, spinning back fists, finger strikes, palm strikes, nerve strikes, push kicks, and double flying kicks can paralyze her opponents inside and out, for targeting pressure points is her main specialty of annihilation and execution. There you have it, ladies and gentlemen, the über final revamp of the martial arts I have in store for The Splendid Seven. Anything they can dish out in their respective martial arts, they can do so with aplomb and power, especially when they combine their skills to do a number on their opponents. Speaking of which, do tune in later for the beloved main pairings I have in store for The Splendid Seven in martial arts forms. Until then, have a good time and train well, everybody.
