This Battle Couple Meme originally belongs to JasonPictures and is dedicated to all the wonderful Inuyasha x Ayame or InuAya shippers, partisans, and loyalists of the world. Sit back, relax, and revel in the epic awesomeness that Inuyasha’s super muscular strength and Ayame’s mega-furious limbs have to offer as a mighty battle couple ready to demolish their opponents.
I have always heard fans of certain canon pairings for Inuyasha crying over the clamor that he never has feelings for Ayame, Ayame only has feelings for a certain loser wolf Yokai warrior who was all talk but no action, and they barely know each other in the show. I have this to say. Hold your tongues and get out of my lecture hall because I play by my rules, I have my AU headcanon to enjoy, and no fantard, no canon Nazi, no self-loathing Alpha Male wannabe, and no idiot whiner is going to change that. I have been dealing with this rubbish of fun-sucking canon Nazis and self-loathing losers who are devotees of the canon pairings Inuyasha and Ayame had for what seems like forever, and I remain unfazed by them because they should know where the door to the exit sign is. Nevertheless, I still want to have a good time with my most beloved OTP of all time, InuAya, for I have been cultivating fun and exciting ideas for this power couple. For those of you who can maintain an open mind and are not fun-sucking canon Nazis as certain people have been, please stay here as much as you can and listen as best as you can.
To say that I have made it no secret that I am an InuAya devotee is a mere understatement. I adulate and love my OTP for life because of the possibilities Inuyasha and Ayame have to thrive as a mightily powerful battle couple extraordinaire who can thrash bigger, stronger, fiercer opponents with everything they got. Inuyasha’s sheer brutality in his super strength, magnificent muscle power, and beastly brawn are perfect complements to Ayame’s stealthy combat prowess in her furious fists, fleet feet, and quicksilver speed. My AU headcanon has made it abundantly clear that Inuyasha is the right man for the job to be both Ayame’s husband as well as a strong leader and warrior for the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Yoro or wolf demon tribes. Unlike a certain insignificant wolf turd who was all machismo and no moxie, Inuyasha would be the super strong and magnificently muscular Alpha Male that he is made to be for Ayame. Moreover, unlike a certain shrew who controls with an accursed shock collar, Ayame would be respectful to her husband and fierce for herself. Inuyasha and Ayame are truly unbreakable forces.
For those of you who are new to what my AU headcanon revolving around Inuyasha and Ayame is about here it goes. Inuyasha’s and Ayame’s loving relationships commenced in their infancy, with the newborn Ayame playing with 3-year-old Inuyasha while The Wolf Elder, Toga the Dog General, and InuKimi adored how happy the two of them were when playing with each other. Even 4-year-old Sesshoumaru thought that Inuyasha and Ayame were adorable together, which was a sign of things to come, given that The Wolf Elder, Toga, and InuKimi thought it was great for Inuyasha and Ayame to be betrothed. Four years later, 7-year-old Inuyasha saved 4-year-old Ayame from the Birds of Paradise’s attacks by punching, grappling, kicking, biting, and clawing at them, thus making little Ayame overjoyed to have her future husband save her. This even motivated young Inuyasha to live with Ayame’s tribe, be raised by her grandfather, and be trained by the warriors of the Wolf Yokai warrior tribes. For one still very young such as Inuyasha, he grew stronger and fiercer when he trained with Ayame’s grandfather and his warriors.
Time passed on. Inuyasha grew from a rowdy young boy of 8 years old to a handsomely tall youth of 11 years old who was starting to develop in muscle as well as fully embracing his full Alpha Male dog Yokai warrior blood and instincts, thanks to all the intense training he underwent with the wolf Yokai warriors and the visiting Greek Pankratiasts, wrestlers, and boxers who were twice as massive as the wolf Yokai warriors and young Inuyasha combined. Inuyasha was not afraid to land some severe blows, takedowns, grapples, and submission holds because he showed grit and determination as a warrior. As for Ayame, she grew from an inquisitive young girl of 5 years old to a lovely yet fierce young lady of 8 years old who was becoming quicker, stronger, and stealthier with her punches, kicks, and strikes, thanks to how she also went through the same amount of training Inuyasha endured and fighting against Korea’s and Thailand’s best boxers, Muay Thai practitioners, Taekwondo fighters, and Hapkido warriors, thus being just as confident and determined as her future husband was. Inuyasha and Ayame definitely grew in strength.
By the time Inuyasha was 12 and Ayame was 9, they were engaged, and their inseparability was further solidified. Ayame always knew in her heart no other boy or young man could ever be equaled to Inuyasha because of his physical strength and undying loyalty. Inuyasha always made it his duty to fight by Ayame’s side and be the strong, protective fiancé he ought to be. One spring day, Inuyasha asked Ayame if she wanted to marry him, to which Ayame said a hugely resounding yes and kissed him as joyously as possible. The Wolf Elder blessed 12-year-old Inuyasha’s and 9-year-old Ayame’s wedding with fortitude, courage, and perseverance as well as a powerful family. Additionally, Ayame, despite being really young, wanted to have a family with Inuyasha, to which he also said yes. Inuyasha turned 13 and Ayame turned 10 and ended up going through their respective rites of passage. 13-year-old Inuyasha attained the legendary Goraishi, while 10-year-old Ayame took on the Birds of Paradise to obtain their feathers as prizes. Inuyasha and Ayame became a man and a woman at such young ages with dreams to start a family.
Inuyasha, between the ages of 13 to 19, and Ayame, between the ages of 10 to 16, became parents to fourteen children consisting of one trio of triplet sons named Masataka, Masaya, and Masaru; two pairs of twin sons named Kenta and Keita as well as Kazuhiko and Kaito, one elder daughter named Kiriko, one trio of triplet daughters named Momoko, Makoto, and Mikoto; one pair of twin daughters named Maya and Minako, and one youngest daughter named Meika. Inuyasha and Ayame have grown up really fast at such young ages while seeing their fourteen children grow just as strong as their father and as fierce as their mother. Balancing their parenting duties are their regimented martial arts training and physical workouts, with Inuyasha gaining brutality in Pankration and building magnificent muscle in his power weightlifting sessions as well as Ayame gaining strength and speed in Kyuk Too Ki and using her furious fists and fleet feet to conquer her enemies. All seven sons and all seven daughters witnessed first-hand how their parents have grown as warriors while also being well-raised to be the best people they can be.
As Inuyasha continued to build loads of muscle and Ayame continued to gain more torque in her punches and kicks, they also partook in multiple martial arts tournaments for a living alongside Sesshoumaru, Shuran, Hakkaku, Ginta, and Shunran. Inuyasha and Ayame, in particular, became renowned as the Bonnie and Clyde of the martial arts world, thanks to how Inuyasha’s muscular strength propelled his submission holds, chokeholds, and hammer fists in Pankration and how Ayame’s limbering stealth jettisoned her punches, kicks, and strikes in Kyuk Too Ki. Inuyasha and Ayame always made time for training and working out, taking care of their children, and having tender moments with each other all while balancing preparing for upcoming martial arts tournaments. It has even gotten to the point where their children were absorbing every new move that Inuyasha and Ayame were learning from their martial arts mentors, let alone their sparring sessions with each other. Therefore, Inuyasha, Ayame, and their children ate, slept, and breathed martial arts tournaments as a way of life and grew a lot stronger together.
One of their most memorable martial arts tournaments was on December 12, 2004, atop the snowy Wernerstein mansion when 22-year-old Inuyasha delivered a Superman punch, rear naked chokehold, and Full Nelson combo to one of Ulrich Wernerstein’s bodybuilder goons, with 19-year-old Ayame finishing him off with her uppercuts, jabs, and an axe kick to the head. 9-year-olds Masataka, Masaya, and Masaru; 8-year-olds Kenta and Keita, 7-year-olds Kazuhiko and Kaito, 6-year-old Kiriko, 5-year-olds Momoko, Makoto, and Mikoto; 4-year-olds Maya and Minako, and 3-year-old Meika were there to cheer their parents on and cheered loudly they did. 22-year-old bodybuilder and gym instructor Raymond as well as his 17-year-old W.O.O.H.P. spy and high school student girlfriend Alexandra “Alex” also congratulated Inuyasha and Ayame for jobs excellently done regarding their team-up as a power couple and gave them a huge cheque courtesy from W.O.O.H.P. to share with their family. Furthermore, Raymond and Alex remarked how fortunate Inuyasha’s and Ayame’s children were to have strong warrior parents.
Inuyasha’s and Ayame’s children also benefitted from learning and competing in various martial arts, thanks to Inuyasha and Ayame making their home into a training center. Masataka, Masaya, and Masaru competed in Combat Sambo, Judo, Ancient Greek Wrestling, and Pankration. Kenta and Keita showed an unparalleled interest in Ssireum, Ancient Greek Wrestling, Greco-Roman Wrestling, and Pankration. Kazuhiko and Kaito were keen on Luta Livre, Vale Tudo, Ancient Greek Wrestling, and Pankration. Kiriko desired to go into Ancient Greek Boxing, Dutch Kickboxing, Muay Thai, and Kyuk Too Ki. Momoko, Makoto, and Mikoto wanted to practice Ancient Greek Boxing, Muay Thai, Dutch Kickboxing, and Kyuk Too Ki. Maya and Minako got into Dutch Kickboxing, Kyuk Too Ki, Hapkido, and Japanese Kickboxing. Meika wanted to have a go at Dutch Kickboxing, Kyuk Too Ki, Hapkido, and Taekwondo. Therefore, their children have also grown from rambunctious youths to powerful young adults in the decade that they have been training, competing in tournaments, and using their martial arts skills to honor their loved ones.
Throughout Inuyasha’s and Ayame’s twenties and thirties, they still continued to compete in martial arts tournaments, raise their growing children to be the potently determined souls they ought to be, and remain in a conjugal relationship buttressed by unconditional love, abundant trust, and sexy synergy. Inuyasha and Ayame also served as role models for formidable young couples wanting to be physically fit, especially for men who want to build muscle and for women who want to tone up their problem spots. This got to the point where Inuyasha was also engaged in bodybuilding pose-downs, Ayame also went into fitness modeling, and both Inuyasha and Ayame were always on the front cover of every fitness and health magazine including Men’s Health. In Spring 2015, 33-year-old Inuyasha and 30-year-old Ayame were inducted into the Mr. and Mrs. Olympia Hall of Fame in Beverly Hills, California along with their best friends 33-year-old Raymond and 28-year-old Alex. As a result, Inuyasha’s and Ayame’s sons bulked up in muscle, and their daughters became heavily involved in fitness regimens as they came of age.
Inuyasha and Ayame may have been continuing with their tenures as martial artists and fitness icons, but their children have also taken on their mantle too. By the time Masataka, Masaya, Masaru, Kenta, Keita, Kazuhiko, and Kaito reached between 20 to 18 years old, they not only continued competing in Ancient Greek Boxing, Ancient Greek Wrestling, Greco-Roman Wrestling, Pankration, Ssireum, and Luta Livre but have been also competing in bodybuilding to this day from 28 to 26 years old. As Kiriko, Momoko, Makoto, Mikoto, Maya, Minako, and Meika reached between 17 to 14 years old, they became the faces in every teen fitness magazine in the 2010s, especially with their expertise and reputation in Dutch Kickboxing, Kyuk Too Ki, Muay Thai, Taekwondo, Hapkido, Japanese Kickboxing, and American Kickboxing. Their daughters are still competing in various forms of Kickboxing to this day from 25 to 22 years old. Thanks to Inuyasha’s wrestling, Pankration, boxing, and bodybuilding routines with his sons, and Ayame’s fitness and Kickboxing routines with her daughters, they have grown stronger.
Inuyasha and Ayame have also welcomed grandchildren into their family, and they show no signs of stopping, let alone having their ages get the better of them. In 2016, 34-year-old Inuyasha and 31-year-old Ayame became first-time grandparents to 21-year-old Masataka’s, Masaya’s, and Masaru’s children with their wives 16-year-olds Sakura, Sunako, and Setsuko, who were Hakkaku’s, Ginta’s, and Shunran’s first-born triplet daughters. Inuyasha and Ayame kept on welcoming more grandchildren, as each of their children ended up married, with their latest one being from their youngest daughter, Meika, and her husband who is also Hakkaku’s, Ginta’s, and Shunran’s fourth-born son, Sentaro, who welcomed their youngest child in 2022. Now, with Inuyasha at 41 years old and Ayame at 38 years old, they are still the strong and powerful battle couple that they have always been. Inuyasha’s magnificent muscles have been passed down to their sons, while Ayame’s furious fists have been passed down to their daughters. It has gotten to the point where they have built a mighty dynasty based on muscle power and kinetic limbs.
As a super strong, formidably fierce, magnificently mighty battle power couple, Inuyasha and Ayame show no signs of ceasing and desisting. Every time they get knocked down by bigger and stronger opponents, they bounce back up and give them the brutal beating they deserve. Inuyasha’s mightily magnificent muscles as a Pankratiast with a background in Ancient Greek Wrestling, Ancient Greek Boxing, bodybuilding, weightlifting, Shoot Wrestling, and Ssireum and Ayame’s fabulously furious fists as a Kyuk Too Ki warrior with a background in circuit training, Muay Thai, Western Boxing, Dutch Kickboxing, Hapkido, Taekwondo, and Japanese Kickboxing are what have kept them united for many years. Inuyasha still loves to keep his muscles big for his lovely lady of a wife as well as his children and grandchildren, while Ayame still makes it her duty to be a firm disciplinarian to her children and her grandchildren while admiring Inuyasha’s muscles and strength as an Alpha Male. Neither bigger opponents nor supernatural chaos can break this power battle couple’s unconditional love, and they know it.
I hope you all enjoyed this, and I will see you in the next InuAya submission. Take care, stay safe, and continue to spread that good InuAya love, everybody.
