The Splendid Seven vs The X-Men

This second version of the death battle meme template belongs to Death-Driver-5000. Furthermore, this is my contribution to this year’s Red Ribbon Reviewers’ month.

Coming up on the show is another transatlantic battle of the titans between The Splendid Seven consisting of Sesshoumaru, Inuyasha, Ayame, Shuran, Hakkaku, Ginta, and Shunran and The X-Men hailing from The United States of America consisting of Scott Summers aka Cyclops, Jean Grey, Rogue, Alex Summers aka Havok, Kurt Wagner aka Nightcrawler originally from Germany, Evan Daniels aka Spyke, and Kitty Pryde aka Shadowcat. This family of yokai warriors who fight for honor, courage, and strength are going head-to-head with a group of superhuman mutants who fight for justice, equality, and tolerance. Given that we have two childhood shows going head-to-head, this one is going to be just as epic.

This clash of the supercharged titans shall take place in the Bayville Arena and it will be an all-out brawl to the finish. Trust me when I say that sparks will fly left and right and it is going to be a lot more epic than any firework show whether in the holidays or ringing in the new year.

The pair-ups are as follows. Sesshoumaru shall do battle with Scott, Inuyasha shall do battle with Jean, Ayame shall do battle with Rogue, Shuran shall do battle with Alex, Hakkaku shall do battle with Kurt, Ginta shall do battle with Evan, and Shunran shall do battle with Kitty.

Sesshoumaru and Scott are the definition of stealth, precision, conscientiousness, and intellect in body, mind, and spirit. In order for one to overcome the other, they both have to use a lot of precise tactics to get each other down.

Inuyasha and Jean may be different in terms of skill, as Inuyasha’s combat prowess is more physical and Jean’s combat prowess is more mental, but they can easily decipher each others’ strengths and weaknesses. So, they will really have to avoid underestimating each other.

This is one fight both Ayame and Rogue can never downplay, considering the persistence Ayame bears and how much Rogue can cipher other powers with one touch. Seems like a good old knock-out shall be in order to settle the score.

Sparks shall incessantly fly when Shuran and Alex enter the stage. Shuran’s lightning attacks and Alex’s energy blasts are enough for any light show to be put out of business because of what power these two combatants emit from their own hands.

It is an all-out game of tag, as Hakkaku needs to be quick on his feet if he is ever going to catch Kurt and his brand of teleportation. Planning ahead is what these two opponents will need in order for victory to beckon at any of their doors.

Ginta and Evan are athletic prowess, speed, and agility incarnate. They will not stop for nothing when it comes to dishing out every single attack they have in their arsenal, so long as Ginta avoids Evan’s spikes of death.

There is no time for girl time when Shunran and Kitty duke it out because these ladies are about to make the stadium shake with their mad skills of illusion, disappearing act, and trickery. There is no holding back any of them in any shape or form.

As I stated before, sparks will fly before anyone gets to the last chance saloon of victory and it is going to be glorious.

As for all of you back home, who do you think is going to win? The Splendid Seven and their supernatural yokai warrior skills? Or The X-Men and their superhuman capabilities? Comment below and let me know.

I hope you all enjoyed this and I will see you in the next submission. Take care, stay safe, and Happy Holidays, everybody.
