If there is a power couple worthy of emulation, it certainly has to be Inuyasha and Ayame, for these two encapsulate what it is like to get themselves out there and tackle each and every obstacle head on. With Inuyasha’s super strength and Ayame’s lightning speed as well as their collectively formidable combat prowess, their foes better have a prayer prepared when they are on the prowl. Whether Inuyasha busts through walls with his bare fists, bends iron bars, lifts giant boulders, moves mountains, and tackles demons much bulkier than him or Ayame outruns any cheetah, punches all of her enemies with her bare fists, demonstrates fantastically agile moves through her acrobatics, and uses her leaves like shuriken, they are truly an unstoppable force and will leave their foes’ heads spinning on end.
One can imagine their workout regimen being something to put every Olympic athlete to shame, be utterly rigorous to the point of high-standard achievability, and be of indubitable power. Inuyasha’s training regimen is strength-based, as he would definitely do a lot of weightlifting, circuit training, boxing, wrestling, and building up his muscles to sculpt his physique in order to set a great example to his fellow warriors. Ayame’s training regimen is speed and stamina-based, as she would definitely do a lot of marathon-running, gymnastics, circuit training, boxing, kickboxing, and train in various martial arts in order to keep herself battle-ready, thus effortlessly tackling all of her enemies. Their workout routines may be grueling, but the results they would achieve would garner them so much respect and admiration.
Aside from physical aspiration, their personalities are just as strong, considering that Inuyasha and Ayame are determination, perseverance, loyalty, and unconditional love incarnate. There is no wonder why on earth their bond is just as unbreakable as their tank-like combat prowess. Even Sesshoumaru concurs that as much as he considers Ayame to be formidable and independent as a combatant, considering that he was married to her for socio-political reasons, he will never deny the unfathomably profound relationship Inuyasha and Ayame bear with each other. More great news would also come out of Shuran, Hakkaku, Ginta, and Shunran, as they would show respect and admiration to Inuyasha and Ayame as an amazing power couple.
In conclusion, one would have to be completely and utterly insane to dare challenge Inuyasha and Ayame as a formidable power couple. Their dynamics are a holy matrimony of phenomenal physical durability and interpersonal perseverance. Therefore, nothing and/or nobody is going to stop them from reaching to the very top.
