Inuyasha: The True Leader of The Wolf Yokai Tribe

This screenshot motivational poster is super, mega, utterly highly Pro-Inuyasha as well as Pro-Ayame and Pro-InuAya but also Anti-Kouga. Sit back, relax, and sit in for a spell as to why I highly believe Inuyasha would make a more valorous, powerful, and determined leader of The Wolf Yokai Tribe, especially where The Northern Yoro Tribe is concerned.

The facts need to be faced that Inuyasha is a whole lot more courageous, powerful, determined, driven, passionate, and hardworking than a certain weak wolf yokai warrior who was all bark and no bite, always cut corners, and was a massive Karma Houdini. Therefore, Inuyasha deserves to have a go at Kouga by beating him up to a bloody pulp, clawing the jewel shards out of his legs and arms, and having him run away and never returning back to this tribe, for he has committed the serious crimes of massacring a human village which also included the massacre of Rin, kidnapping someone who otherwise ended up being manipulated by him, and tarnishing Inuyasha’s good name. Furthermore, all of Kouga’s big talking, bravado, and obnoxiously fake pompousness have meant that he had no glory and no guts whatsoever. This causes Inuyasha to then deliver one powerful blow to Kouga’s jaw, thus making him fly all the way to the deepest part of the woods and land headfirst with a fatally ballistic head trauma. As far as I am concerned, that may well serve as Kouga’s ultimate fate for all the crimes he has committed. In terms of what was to occur in Inuyasha: The Final Act Episode 8, it further solidifies why Kouga was never fit to hold such a high position in the wolf yokai tribe by any stretch of the imagination, as he also abdicated his duty of avenging his fallen comrades.

With Inuyasha wresting the “power” away from Kouga, this makes him garner the title of the new leader of the Wolf Yokai Tribe. Sure, he never really asked for it, but based on what the tribesmen saw in Inuyasha in terms of his courage, determination, and will to keep up his word, they would attest that all of his hard work and dedication made him earn their utmost respect. Therefore, they would even be so willing to swallow their pride and realize that Inuyasha was not just a hanyo, but a true warrior with guts of steel, claws of iron, and boundless strength. Inuyasha’s first rule would be to have the wolves leave the human realm alone, ensure that the Wolf Yokai Tribe never abuses their skills as warriors and clansmen, and uphold the values of solidarity, justice, courage, and perseverance. His strength and determination also validate him to unite the Northern Yoro Tribe, especially since Inuyasha ends up being happily married to Ayame. Furthermore, he even gets to possess the all-powerful Goraishi, which he would use with pride and passion, thus growing with it in the most phenomenal way.

This also traces back to my AU headcanon mostly centering around Inuyasha and Ayame when they started off as childhood sweethearts who were betrothed as very little children to being the ultimate power couple of Feudal Era Japan. Unlike Kouga who gave Ayame empty promises, kept his massacre of the human village and especially towards Rin a complete skeleton in the closet, and even cheated on Ayame with Kagome, Inuyasha would really keep his word and would be very frank with himself. Therefore, Inuyasha’s Herculean strength, boundless determination, fantastic combat prowess, and well-built and muscular physique would not only make Ayame fall for him, but it is also his authenticity, bravery, and fearlessness that would make her fully realize that Inuyasha truly is the one for her. Furthermore, it would not be Kouga who saved little Ayame from The Birds of Paradise, but the young Inuyasha thanks to his claws, fangs, fists, and feet. He even made it his solemn promise to be strong for her, which he did by training with the wolf yokai warriors of both tribes. In all his training, he grew from a willful little lad to a fearless, courageous, and powerful warrior worthy of everyone’s respect.

Speaking of respect, that is what both The Eastern Yoro Tribe and The Northern Yoro Tribe will definitely bear for Inuyasha. Furthermore, considering that both Sesshoumaru and Inuyasha did get themselves into a three-way relationship with Ayame, much like their father did with The Dog Lady and Izayoi, this would mean that The Western Lands, The Eastern Yoro Tribe, and The Northen Yoro Tribe would be coagulated in the name of peace, unity, solidarity, equality, and a thriving co-existing culture, especially since their children are a mix of hanyos such as Dai, Roku, and Shiori, yokai such as Kai and Shinta, and a human such as Rin. So, there will be socio-political unity also thanks to Sesshoumaru’s influence and not just Inuyasha’s Herculean strength as well as Ayame’s sheer determination. Ergo, this is a win-win situation incarnate, as power, great influence, and a great boom can make these three tribes thrive in a terrific manner.

In conclusion, all of Kouga’s cowardly and horrible actions do deserve to give him a one-way ticket to exile, persecution, and execution. From now until forever, it is Inuyasha who shall lead The Eastern Yoro Tribe to unite with The Northern Yoro Tribe and have Ayame by his side as his courageous queen. Say it with me, my friends! All hail Inuyasha! The true leader, guardian, and king of The Eastern and Northern Yoro Tribes! May his honor, glory, strength, courage, determination, compassion, and fearlessness be preserved throughout history and may he bring unto his family integrity, authenticity, and everlasting joy!

I hope you all enjoyed this perspective on Inuyasha being the true leader of The Eastern and The Northern Yoro Tribes and stay tuned for another submission. Take care, stay safe, and, remember, Inuyasha’s strength, courage, and determination are what make a great fighter and a great leader, everybody.

Inuyasha from Inuyasha belongs to Rumiko Takahashi and Sunrise.
