This screenshot motivational poster is dedicated to all of my friends, fellow artists, fans, and brethren who are absolutely enthralled with Basuli’s and Tarzan’s brotherly bond and even fans of Chief Keewazi. So, sit in for a spell for what I have to say about these fine gentlemen.
For those of you who are unfamiliar with my alternate universe scenario made for Tarzan, Basuli, and Keewazi, I have basically made them to be a very tight-knit family. That means, at least in my AU headcanon, Keewazi is the father, Basuli is the elder son, and Tarzan is the younger son who may have been adopted by Keewazi but is still loved by them as their own kin. Moreover, I have always preferred to have Keewazi be a strong, wise, kind, caring, firm, and badass father figure and Basuli to be a headstrong, independent, tough, virile, strong, and awesome brother figure to Tarzan. Therefore, Keewazi, Basuli, and Tarzan would easily build a formidable bedrock as a family and become stronger together through thick and thin.
The way I see the familial bond between Keewazi, Basuli, and Tarzan is that this is optimal-level father-son bonding goals. Keewazi would indubitably raise his sons extremely well, train them to be the strong warrior chiefs that they are to the Waziri, and will even remind Tarzan that no matter what skin color he has and no matter where he originally came from he will always be his son, thus showing him and Basuli his wisdom, unconditional love, and his dedication as a true father being proud of his two dear sons. Ergo, Keewazi would not only ensure that Basuli’s and Tarzan’s skills as combatants are honed to Olympian levels but also ensure that their duties with ruling side by side as Waziri chiefs will be untarnished.
Indubitably, Basuli and Tarzan would have a strong fraternal bond that even a lot of brothers and best friends would turn green with envy. When Tarzan’s biological parents were killed by Sabor the leopard, Keewazi then took in Tarzan to be his son, thus making Basuli have a brother to call his own. As children, they would start off as playful, mischievous, rambunctious, athletic, and fun-loving given all of the wrestling, racing, roaring, and swimming matches they would do. There would be times Tarzan would be the target of some of the boys’ ridicule given his skin color, his unusual features, and ability to talk to animals, but Basuli would always defend his brother and there would be a few number of his friends who would easily be intrigued with Tarzan’s strength, fierceness, and determination. As they grow together, they would become more athletic, gain more muscle mass, be more warlike, and display their unfettered abilities as the Waziri tribe’s most formidable warriors. All of these would come into play, especially when Basuli ended up being married to Namontack and Tarzan ended up being married to Kocoum while they were still at the adolescent stage and even having their heirs to the Waziri tribe.
When all is said and done, Keewazi has always been proud of his two sons for not only growing with strength and wisdom but also following their hearts to become the strong, courageous, headstrong warriors that they are known today.
I hope you all enjoyed this AU scenario I have been continuously cultivating with Keewazi, Basuli, and Tarzan. Discussion and debate are always welcome in the comments below and I will see you in the next submission. Take care, everybody.
