Feast your eyes on Conan of Cimmeria, Ka-Zar of the Savage Lands, Zula of the Wasai Tribe, Tarzan of the Mangani, Kavandavanda of the Kavuru Tribe, Malb’yat the Lion Man, and Aroc the Caveman, for these gorgeously hunky jungle warrior king brothers shall marvel you with their bulging biceps, granite chests, marble abs, and all the exceptional musculature of Etruscan gods. Reading a lot of the old Dell comics starring Tarzan, watching Conan the Adventurer, and reading some of the Marvel comics with Ka-Zar taking center stage made me utterly inspired to create this piece of work. This inspiration even motivated me to concoct this idea of having these seven jungle warrior king brothers be trainers to help anybody interested in training like a jungle warrior to reach their ultimate potential. Without further ado, here is the regimen they have to offer you.

Conan, Ka-Zar, Zula, Tarzan, Kavandavanda, Malb’yat, and Aroc are jungle bodybuilders, wrestlers, boxers, and jungle gym trainers who have posed for Men’s Health and many other jungle fitness magazines for many years and have found great success all over Africa, Cimmeria, and the Savage Lands in terms of their careers. In return, they have made sure that aspiring jungle warriors reached their peak physical potential be it muscle build, combat prowess, unleashing the animal in them, and sheer stamina. After all, these seven jungle warrior king brothers live by the motto of no pain no gain.

Their muscle-building regime consists of weightlifting, circuit training, and a diet that prioritizes on protein, antioxidants, iron, Omega-3s, and fiber. Conan, Ka-Zar, and Zula would be responsible of the barbells and all of the heavy weights. Tarzan and Kavandavanda would be responsible of the dumbbells, barbells, bench presses, and iron-bending. Malb’yat and Aroc would be responsible of iron-bending, weightlifting, bench-presses, and many other weight-bearing exercises. Finally, all of them thrive on a diet that has worked really well for them consisting of alligator and crocodile meat, fish, pulses, wild boar, exotic berries, and greens. Doing their weight-bearing regimen on a regular basis could help anybody build up as much muscle as they want.

Given that Conan, Ka-Zar, Zula, Tarzan, Kavandavanda, Malb’yat, and Aroc are the strongest wrestlers and boxers ever, they will use their collective combat prowess to demonstrate that anybody can fight fiercely and effectively. It takes strength, endurance, stamina, and power to learn how to tackle these jungle kings with everything they have got. Conan, Ka-Zar, and Zula have chokeholds that lock so hard like a vice. Tarzan and Kavandavanda have powerful punches, captivating camel clutches, boulder-like Boston crabs, and cracking kicks to bring their enemies to submission. Malb’yat and Aroc have all the feral strength to put their enemies to submission. When you have these jungle muscle warriors train you in the art of self-defense, you know you are in good hands.

Conan, Ka-Zar, Zula, Tarzan, Kavandavanda, Malb’yat, and Aroc also specialize in swimming, water polo, javelin-throwing, triathlons, vine-swinging, and diving, considering that they embody the completeness of their sheer athleticism. They certainly make a lot of Olympic athletes green with envy thanks to their prodigious skill.

On behalf of Conan, Ka-Zar, Zula, Tarzan, Kavandavanda, Malb’yat, and Aroc, I hope you all stay fit, healthy, and active and keep on fighting the good fight. Take care, stay safe, and do not forget to get your jungle pump on, everybody.
