Behold, my dear friends and fellow fans of Inuyasha and Wolf’s Rain. These three couples were my OTPs ever since I was a tween middle-schooler and they are still my OTPs as I am speaking to you as an adult in university. I have always loved the three different flavors each of them had from Inuyasha’s and Ayame’s bold and savory titillation on my tastebuds to Ginta’s and Shunran’s sweet and spicy tanginess on my tongue to Kiba’s and Cheza’s palate-cleansing coolness on my mouth. There is absolutely no way I am ever going to separate from them even if I were to be hung upside-down on a twenty-four-foot pole.
If I were to write a magazine featuring them and be the photographer as well, they would easily make the front cover. I can see Inuyasha and Ayame be on a fitness magazine because of how they radiate with that super strong power couple vibe, Ginta and Shunran be on a glamor magazine because of how gorgeous they are on the inside and on the outside especially with what preening needs to be done, and Kiba and Cheza be on a health, diet, and home economics magazine such as Good Housekeeping because of how superbly they can present their ideas of creating a healthy diet which can make anyone feel better and fully energized thanks to their mastery of all-natural ingredients. Ergo, Inuyasha and Ayame are the formidable power couple, Ginta and Shunran are the gorgeously sweet lovebirds, and Kiba and Cheza are the serenely romantic duo.
Inuyasha and Ayame is that one power couple who you never ever want to mess with due to their impeccable combat prowess and amazingly elephant-like strength which can lead an entire legion of warriors to a feasible victory. Inuyasha has the muscles, fierceness, super strength, iron claws, razor fangs, and boundless courage and Ayame has the speed, agility, formidability, resilience, iron fists, and quick reflexes. Every foe would be easily bludgeoned and bulldozed by Inuyasha’s prodigious super strength and Ayame’s magnificent combat prowess and every battle they commit themselves to would be a bloody yet victorious one. Overlooking the sense of power and glory you would receive from Inuyasha and Ayame, there are some wonderful attributes which make their love as strong as their formidability and those can be chalked up to compassion, understanding, loyalty, and perseverance. Inuyasha and Ayame would receive one huge gold medal for being in such a long-lasting relationship and they would also grow old together. That, my friends, is a promise they have been holding ever since they were children and it is something they still hold to this very day.
Ginta and Shunran certainly make for an elegantly charming couple who are never going to leave each others’ sides. They may not bear super brute strength, but they have the flexibility, agility, and speed to leave their enemies in a whirlwind thanks to Ginta’s Olympic athleticism and Shunran’s inviting craftiness. What truly constitutes Ginta’s and Shunran’s firm relationship is just how much loyalty, generosity, unconditional love, understanding, and versatility there is. There is never a boring day with them around and they will never separate even if fate or the universe attempted to do so. Furthermore, their nights of lovemaking are just as exciting as their daytime activities. At the end of the day, Ginta and Shunran are the lovable couple who can still radiate that youthfully glowing sensation which makes their collective charisma shine like the brightest of diamonds.
Kiba and Cheza define what it is like to be romantic in the most serene and genuine way possible. Their animosity-free relationship is utterly aspirational and can emit a great deal of envy from every other couple. The attributes which sell Kiba and Cheza as a great couple are their earnestness, honesty, loyalty, unconditional love, compassion, kindness, and fidelity. They will not cheat on each other and they will stay forever true to each other, thus demonstrating undeniable attentiveness and creating one happy home they can maintain for every single generation. This also goes hand-in-hand with how much they can face every adversity with open arms and come out alive and well in spite of the scars and pain. At least they will escape every obstacle as much stronger individuals and a much stronger couple.
In conclusion, the might of Inuyasha x Ayame, the gorgeousness of Ginta x Shunran, and the purity of Kiba x Cheza were, are, and will always be the most phenomenal traits as to what makes me treasure these three wonderful Adult Swim anime couples. These three pairs have proven themselves to be the most loving couples ever and I am so glad to have shipped them as hard as possible.
