Before handling more mature superhero tasks, being in relationships in their late pre-teen to teen years, ending up in happy marriages as teenagers, and parenthood especially to twenty-four super children, Brick, Butch, Boomer, Blossom, Buttercup, and Bubbles were six super powered kids leading extraordinary lives saving Townsville from all evil while leading everyday lives as children having fun. It also helped that they had loving parents to show them what was right and what was wrong in the forms of Mr. Green and Mrs. Bellum-Green for Brick, Butch, and Boomer and Professor Utonium and Mrs. Keane-Utonium for Blossom, Buttercup, and Bubbles. Together, they have formed the six-person superhero team called Team Xtreme ever since Brick, Butch, and Boomer were 5 years old and Blossom, Buttercup, and Bubbles were 3 years old.
We find ourselves in the morning of April 1, 1998, just three months before Brick, Butch, and Boomer turned 8 years old and five months before Blossom, Buttercup, and Bubbles turned 6 years old.
From that point in time, Boomer and Blossom were already the first show unconditional admiration, love, and genuineness towards each other despite their very young age. Bubbles was already admiring Butch, even though Butch did not really want to admit his true feelings for Bubbles. As for Brick and Buttercup, the prospect of them ending up married was really alien to them, but they showed the first few signs of admiring each other.
Since Boomer and Blossom already had it made in the shade for each other, they decided to play a little joke on the one April Fools’ Day, which was switching the clothes of their respective siblings, in order for them to hammer home the fact that they could not deny their feelings for each other.
One can tell how Brick, Butch, Buttercup, and Bubbles woke up to find out that they were in the clothes of their beloveds. This led them to find out that Boomer and Blossom were behind this. At least, Bubbles took this very well, given how she liked being in Butch’s clothes. Brick, Butch, and Buttercup, on the other hand, were not too pleased.
If one were to look at Butch’s sentence in parentheses, one can see that it would be a sign of things to come when he comes into his early to mid-teen years being a big, strong jock ladies’ man, especially to two of his most favorite ladies Blossom and Bubbles.
Brick, Butch, Buttercup, and Bubbles should not worry, though. They will strike back on Boomer and Blossom next April Fools’ Day.
I hope you all enjoyed this and I will see you in the next submission. Take care and stay safe, everybody.
