This is also dedicated to all of the wonderfully fabulous Blossoomer shippers from all over the world. So, sit back, relax, and soak in that Blossoomer beauty.

I know I am two days late for celebrating Valentine’s Day, and that is because I needed to allot some time for end of the semester exam preparations. However, when it comes to Blossoomer aka my most favorite RuffPuff couple of all time as well as one of my most beloved Townsville OTPs of all time, I was so willing to give 29 going on 30-year-old Boomer and 27 going on 28-year-old Blossom the spotlight as a couple. And here they are looking as fabulous, sweet, and gorgeous as they are as a supportively loving married couple, as they have been since Winter 2008.

In order to accompany this particular Blossoomer picture, I thought it would be lovely to insert one of my all time favorite instrumental pieces of all time Sir Edward Elgar’s “Salut d’Amour Opus 12”.

I grew up with this particular piece when I first heard it as a ten going on eleven-year-old boy in one of my violin recitals. Two months before graduating High School, I re-encountered this piece when I was in my school’s string ensemble playing this alongside my great colleagues. However, it was at the lower key of D-Major, known in German as d-Dur, which I mostly heard this piece in instead of the original E-Major, known in German as e-Dur.

Now that I am approaching my 28th year in life within the span of two months from now, I really love both versions with the much higher key taking more of my fancy. With that said, for your listening pleasure, I present to you some of my favorite violinists playing this piece in the key of E-Major, Yijia Zhang, Sarah Chang and Tasmin Little, the key of D-Major, Itzhak Perlman, James Ehnes and Esther Abrami, and, of course, an orchestral version in the key of E-Major courtesy of the Berliner Philharmoniker and the Saint Petersburg Philharmonic Orchestra. I hope you all enjoy these five selections as you gaze into Boomer’s and Blossom’s absolutely endearing chemistry as husband and wife.
