Greetings, GreenBell, ProfKeane, Brickercup, Butchubbles, Blossoomer, Bunnitch, HarJul, and Robike shippers of the world, Antoni here with another written entry which is also part of my annual Red Ribbon Reviewers contribution.
As you can tell from the title, this will be the absolute final time I will be doing a much more touched-up, revamped, and complete version of my Rowdyruff x Powerpuff OTPs and their children. Because of some shifts I have in tastes, most especially involving Blossutch and Boomubbles, I decided to do the unthinkable, and that is convert all of my Blossutch and Boomubbles children into my younger Blossoomer and Butchubbles children to complete the overall circle of my most beloved set of RuffPuff couples, the color-clash couples, having a grand total of twenty-four children per RuffPuff couple. This also means that Bunnitch, HarJul, and Robike are not immune to this amazing, if not, totally out there decision I have for this list.
This also means that my Blossutch and Boomubbles children, who have now officially become the younger Blossoomer and Butchubbles children, will end up going through a lot of re-coloring, i.e. instead of having Bernadette’s and Barrett’s hair black it will be blonde, instead of having Bailey and Barley inherit Boomer’s eye, hair, and shirt color they will therefore inherit Butch’s eye, hair, and shirt color, etcetera, etcetera. Sure, they hair, eye, and clothes colors will change but their hairstyles will remain the same just to give them a greater mixture. I know this will end up becoming a bit of a headache not only for me but for my very great friend and most loyal supporter Misse-the-cat because of all the work that needs. So, Misse, I do apologize in advance, but when my shipping perspectives change and my view of the fandom world changes, interesting things happen. And they make me become all the more aware of what makes a healthy, synergetic relationship function.
That being said, I may have closed that chapter of shipping Butch x Blossom aka Blossutch and Boomer x Bubbles aka Boomubbles as my OTPs of the color-crack and color-code categories respectively, but a wonderful new chapter ended up being opened for me to fully accept Butch x Bubbles aka Butchubbles and Boomer x Blossom aka Blossoomer as my OTPs for life. Therefore, I have become the full-fledged color-clash/mixed color OTP shipper that I am today, and have basically reduced Butch x Blossom and Boomer x Bubbles to a couple of first crushes that may have been charming at first but do not really have anything deep after everything is said and done. Ergo, it’s Brickercup, Butchubbles, and Blossoomer as my main OTPs for life and I will always find the strength, inspiration, dedication, devotion, and boundless energy to make more fanart and other fan-related works starring them, especially my most personal favorite one Blossoomer. That is a promise I will definitely keep until my dying day.
Speaking of which, this particular journal entry is also dedicated to my very great friend, fellow color-clash shipper, and fellow artist Paula aka BrickercupMasterX3 who is not only my biggest inspirations of all time but someone I really owe the four Claim a PPG Pairing Month submissions to, which were supposed to be centered around Brickercup, Butchubbles, Blossoomer, and Bunnitch. However, because of all the work I had to do ranging from attending university to doing my tasks at university to growing my YouTube channel especially where all of my opera reviews are concerned to my preparing for my upcoming Christmas break in Estonia, I have this to offer to her. So, Paula, I am pretty sure you are going to have your mind blown with the extra, extra large families I have in store for four of our most beloved OTPs of all time. This wonderfully huge of amount of children also extends to HarJul and Robike just so you know. Moreover, I really have to thank you for all of the inspiration you have been giving me ever since I joined DeviantArt and learned to open my eyes to all of the possibilities of how wonderfully healthy, beautiful, and awesome Brickercup, Butchubbles, Blossoomer, and Bunnitch truly are.
Secondly, I have to dedicate this to KatyGorl and Misse-the-cat. KatyGorl because if it were not for her, those fateful art trades, and the Blossoomer next-gen month that happened last year, I would not have learned to completely accept Blossoomer and Butchubbles as my OTP for life because my undying love for these couples, especially for the former, have been increasing like wildfire. Therefore, making me see all of the possibilities of a beautiful relationship with these two couples. And Misse-the-cat for the endurance, inspiration, and resilience displayed in all of our collaborative efforts, the individual works, and for being awesome. You two are my greatest reasons for being inspired and for finding the strength in me to love all of my next-gen characters, even with this recent revamping, which is for the best.
Finally, I have to thank all of my most beloved fellow color-clash, Bunnitch, HarJul, and Robike shippers and artists including xahCHUx, MissEmmyJay, PurfectPrincessGirl, PrincessCallyie, YokoAnimeProductions, CottonCandyGrl1969, and ilovepoop97 for their inspiration in everything they do as artists, for being my greatest sources of motivation and drive, and for being absolutely awesome as they are. Moreover, I would also love to dedicate this final revamped Townsville hero and ally next generation list to JKC16 and Betty-M, for I am currently participating in their contests this holiday season and I am very excited to have a good number of my Blossoomer children on display.
